I did the allurion balloon, and as much as I was nervous I was reassured and made to feel comfortable. The procedure was quick and the doctor took his time with me and made sure I was ok from start to finish. Post-procedure, the dieticians have been really supportive. They check in regularly, share meal plans, motivate you with exercise regimes and just overall tips. I have felt supported all the way through. I would surely recommend!

I did the gastric balloon 6 month with Dr. Mucteb. My overall experience was good.. booked and consulted with Zeynep ( she would respond to my questions and comments) but she never followed up with me after the procedure. When I went to do the procedure I was very anxious but met this nice girl I think her name is Afaf who assured me that everything will be great and she kept following up with me even after although she wasn't the one who I booked the procedure with.

She is super nice and helpful and made my experience worth it. The dr didn't talk much did the procedure and left but he's definitely good at what he does. However prior to my procedure I was put on Anesthesia and the nurse was extremely rude she was rolling up her eyes on me because I was anxious. Very rude to be a nurse.... after all.

I'm glad I did it with Dr. MUCTEB I just wish he would hire nice nurses as the most important part in their job is attitude. The dietitians are super nice and knowledgeable. They informed me about everything and what food to eat and what to avoid. They follow up with me on regular basis. Thank you dr Mucteb and Thank you Afaf and the dietitians for making my experience worth it.

I had my procedure yesterday, Dr Gand his team have been brilliant. The service was very good. They have continued to contact me to enquire how I am after the insertion of the balloon. I would recommend Dr Gunduz for the Elipse balloon.

I went for the balloon in my stomach. The whole team was great starting with the assistance of the doctor Mucteba, the nutritionist, but also all the staff in the hospital.

Very well organized and communicative. Unfortunately, the next day from intervention I didn't feel well, I was in pain.

The doctor was amazing and very helpful, he came to the hospital immediately and started the balloon removal from the stomach. But with all these things, I am all right and healthy. Thank you to the doctor Mucteba Gunduz!

From the moment I made the Gastric balloon enquiry around Feb to the minute I left Turkey after my procedure, I spoke directly to Dr Gunduz. All my questions answered and I felt reassured. In Turkey, he and his team were 100% supportive I felt more comfortable around them than in the hotel. He is available to his patients on all matters from wanting to know your safety and wellbeing in Turkey to medical. I will 100% recommend him...his prices excellent and the service too is great and personalised. Hospital very clean, staff very polite and patient with patients.

Really great communication before, during and after the gastric balloon procedure. Assisted with providing advice on local hotels and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. The process was really swift with no hanging about, the staff in the hospital were really nice and welcoming. Can’t fault anything, from start to finish it was really easy, straightforward and any concerns were quickly responded to. I highly recommend Dr Mucteba for anyone considering having this procedure.

It was a very pleasing experience, everything was going perfect! Dr Gunduz and his assistant are very professional! Arrange to Pick up from the airport and from the hotel to the clinic, return, and a ride back to the airport. What else did you wish! And the price is good too! I had my gastric balloon fit in on the 18/09/19. Dr Mucteba Was amazing and his staffs. Very polite and always I had a translator around at the time. Good care and they always check on me all the time I was there. I was first scared about going abroad to have my gastric balloon but I was excited and happy with all the overall experience and treatment. Thanks, Dr Mucteba.

There was a review I read earlier saying Dr Mucteba Gunduz has not got enough star for his hard work which is very true this man is amazing when it comes to communication he is on point. I just had a gastric balloon fit on the 2nd of August 2019 by him. I was picked up from hotel dropped up at the hotel again within a few minutes he was done checked on with phones to find how I was doing - he really made me feel at home because I live in the UK and was a bit worried travelling abroad. I chose the right doctor and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to have a surgery with him he did a great work he deserves more stars.
