The hospital is very clean and tidy the staff are so friendly and polite. Even though Turkish isn’t a language that I know it was never an awkward moment or language barrier problem at all. My coordinator Umut is such a lovely guy kept me informed every step of the way he gave me everything in advance so was prepared I had no problems my check up, it was just smooth as the day of my operation. He even came back to see me after my Op and that was in the night I appreciate him so much. As for my doctor he’s just straight to the point he’s very helpful before seeing him I went by his work I saw on social media and I can say his work is for sure a 10/10 and it’s only day 7 so imagine once I’ve fully healed. Overall all the staff from Vanity o came into any contact with was very friendly helpful polite. I would like to say thanks for the professional customer service and care I received it was 10/10

I can only recommend Dr. Toncic clinic. Everything about my rhinoplasty was perfect. I am very happy with the result and my only regret is that I didn't hear about Dr Toncic clinic earlier in my life. Really superb experience!

I started making enquiries in July 2023 for the gastric sleeve Catch Life was very professional The response and information given to me were accurate and in-depth of the process and treatment. My Coordinator Melike was very supportive and reassuring with any questions I had. I had my surgery In November, I received all the tests as promised and the service was outstanding. Wema was there to meet myself and husband when we arrived, she was a credit to the company with the support given to me When I had my pre-op tests the surgeon identified gallstones 168 of them and advised me to have them removed from the gallbladder, this was done same time as the sleeve The nurses are excellent with aftercare and administrating the meds My scars have healed well and are only very small. He came to see me regularly after the operation to check I was recovering well. I would highly recommend Catch Life if considering gastric sleeve as the hospital used was very clean, my husband was well looked after with meals and the staff are all professional in their areas. I was given a pack to take home to the U.K. with me, consisting of protein shakes vitamin tablets, stomach protectors and helpful information including diet nutrition plans and what to do if I need medical help.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I had my stomach surgery in March 2022, I was so happy I met Dr Bali, he is really trusty person and you go to surgery in relax way, he and his team are really care. The hospital was clean and perfect, his visit for after surgery was so caring and relaxing, I suggest him to anyone because his work was really good! Outstanding service, I could not be happier. Quite remarkable really. Dr. Manav did wonderful work. His support staff was top-notch and took care of my every need. I was a stranger in a strange land having surgery. I did not need to worry they took great care of me. Defne handled all of the arrangements on the front end and did a fantastic job. From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.
