I am a friendly, warm hearted and professional hypno-psychotherapist working in the Warrington area of the UK. I help people to overcome their problems and specialise in anxiety disorders such as panic, fears and phobia's, generalised anxiety, stress management and confidence issues. I also specialise in smoking cessation and hold a specialist certificate in this area. My aim is to help you return to a positive way of functioning in as short a time as possible, and have helped people return to work following bouts of depression or stress. I use a variety of techniques to help you achieve the change you want in your life. Using a bespoke blend of Hypnosis, cognitive behavioral therapy and other psycho-therapeutic interventions so that I can tailor the sessions for the individual and not just use a 'one size fits all' approach. I was trained at Masters Degree level at one of the longest standing training schools in the UK. I am insured, accredited and registered. I have been told that I am very natural at making people feel comfortable and at ease, which really helps the process. I am also aware that making the first contact can be a little daunting so I offer a free 10 minute chat over the phone to help you feel more confident and relaxed about seeking therapy.
