Our Chartered Physiotherapists have years of experience and specialise in muscle and joint pain, post op rehabilitation and sports injuries. We treat a range of problems including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, ligament and cartilage injuries and sprains and fractures.  We also offer small, in-house classes for back care, yoga and pilates. We offer physiotherapy and sport massage appointments Monday-Friday including early mornings and evenings. Our clinic is a modern, purpose built practice with good disabled access and public transport links. Move Well Physiotherapy provides a professional but friendly service, assessing and treating sports injuries as well as musculoskeletal/orthopaedic problems including arthritis, back pain, knee pain and shoulder pain.  Evening appointments are available, as well as weekend appointments on request. Move Well Physiotherapy accepts self pay as well as clients using health insurance.  

This physiotherapy practice has one main clinic in Edinburgh. The practice also has clinics in two other locations in Edinburgh, one in Linlithgow and another in Dunfermline. The practice also runs a clinic in the Livingstone Football Club Stadium and another in the Grangemouth Sports stadium. Conditions treated at the clinics include back and neck pain, sports injuries, post surgery pains, post fracture problems, jaw pain and arthritis. Treatments offered include manipulation and mobilization, pelvic floor rehabilitation for women’s health, acupuncture, electrotherapy, computerized gait analysis and podiatry, cognitive behavioural therapy and Pilates.

The Staff at Sports Therapy Scotland are trained to Degree and Masters level in Sports Therapy. Currently working in professional sport with Elite Ice Hockey team - The Braehead Clan, MMA and members of the public from all walks of society.  We spend time with our clients 45 minutes each session to assess, treat and evaluate each condition applying treatment to help the condition.
