At Sattva we treat sports people such as runners, cyclists, swimmers, dancers, martial artists etc, however many of our clients simply come to us because they suffer from stress, aches, pains and strains of modern everyday life. Our treatments are tailor-made sessions utilising structural and functional osteopathic techniques, myofascial release, medical acupuncture, kinesiotaping and muscle activation techniques. Gregg's chiropractic treatment is the only consistent relief I ever received for my arthritic problems and muscle spasms. I suffer from pain in my neck, shoulders, back and both leg bands and unable to take the strong medication prescribed by pain relief consultants. I have received many steroid injections which no longer help with the muscle and nerve pain.
