As an Asian, I have experienced different types of massage in many countries, and even though Omar's place is not labelled as a "clinic", the healing effect is similar to what one got from a tuina/cupping session from a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. I went to Omar's place in the middle of my travel in several countries and experienced leg pain for quite a while due to excessive walking. Around two days after the massage, the pain gradually disappeared... This is definitely not common among all the massage I received before. I would recommend it to both excessively exercised travellers and people who live in Istanbul with a chronic problem, even though I only had the chance to visit here once I believe it helps improve one's chronic symptoms after regular treatment.

I had a vacation in Istanbul traveling with small kids. On the third day after arrival I felt severe back pain, which interfered with my sleep and limited my ability to move around luggage and kids. Dr Gokhan helped me to recover quickly. He examined my condition, applied some needles technique & chiropractic treatment and designed two specific exercises to perform on my own every couple of hours. Thanks to Dr Gokhan I had been mostly recovered by the next day. I highly recommend the doctor.
