Prof. Dr.. Ismail, middle and high school education has been eliminated in Tarsus American College, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine as a medical doctor in 1983 and took the title. 2-year compulsory service after the process, in 1985, Istanbul Faculty of Medicine, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of residency began.
