On the day of the surgery, I was supported by Sibel and Mari who were so attentive, that I met my surgeon and discussed the procedure in detail. I had an ECG for the anesthetiser to assess and then I was given the all-clear for my op. Post op I have been visited by my surgeon twice, Sibil and Mari came to visit. The following day the surgeon came to remove the drains. He made sure I was happy. He was gentle and attentive. Sibil and Mari also came and I was driven back to the hotel, with my medication to rest and recover (read a book around the pool). I have had messages asking about my well-being. I went to the Med Assist clinic in Istanbul for rehab. My experiences there have been thoroughly satisfactory. Starting with the safety of the patients and of course the staff through trained security experts, the doctors, nurses and carers, everything was flawless and can only be recommended. I have had eye surgery this week to replace my lenses for both eyes, with the Refrakcni Centrum in Prague. The staff there are all professional and charming. Dr Novac explained the choices and processes for my treatment very clearly, and we agreed a treatment plan together. So far the treatment has been trouble-free and my sight is improving day-by-day. It is only a few days since my final operation, so if things either continue to progress or do not, I will update this review.

I have my lens replacement at this clinic, and I am very pleased and grateful for the result. Every single member of the staff are very nice, friendly, approachable and professional. Burak looks after me every single step throughout my surgery from the start to finish in person. He is very imformative from the very beginning though whatapp. My driver Gokhan is very friendly and lovely as well. My doctor even opened the clinic for me (just for me) , to do my control test on Sunday. I really appreciate it and they do really care about their patients. I strongly recommended anyone who needs any eye treatments at this clinic.

I had both my eyes done - cataract surgery here with Dr Kumud Raut. This is by far the best eye hospital I have ever been to. I visited two three other places before I was referred here by a friend. Dr Kumud is the best cataract surgeon with most compassionate and loving behaviour towards the patient. I would recommend Raut eye care to anyone wanting not only perfect cataract surgery in Pune but also best humane and friendly loving doctors. All staff is excellent also. Great experience.

The whole experience has been top class. I chose Praga Medica as they were competitive in pricing and because the reviews online were positive. Daniela was most helpful in communications lead up to the actual treatment sessions, clear and concise. I found all the staff at NeoVize polite and professional. A translator was provided however this was not really needed. The clinic is very easy to find, a two minute walk from the metro station in Prague. The actual surgery (I had monofocal lens replacement) was less than ten minutes for each eye (performed on separate days) and was painless. I have to say that I am astounded by the results and can see brilliantly for the first time in my life. I cannot recommend Praga Medica highly enough. The surgery has been life changing!
