Dr Theng is the founder, Group Chairman and Medical Director of Eagle Eye Centre. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1992 with MBBS degree. Obtained post graduate qualifications, MMED (Ophth), FRCS (Edinburgh) and FRCOhpth (London). As a cornea specialist, Dr Theng is renowned as a high volume surgeon in the areas of LASIK & refractive surgery, cornea transplants, as well as cataract surgery, performing few thousands of such surgeries each year alone. He and EEC were awarded surgeon and centre of excellence in femtosecond LASIK surgery in 2012 by Ziemer, a German company specializing in femtosecond LASER. With special interest in the field of Presbyopia treatments, Dr Theng is well-regarded for his expertise in performing multifocal Intra-Ocular Lens (IOL) implant surgeries. In 2008, he was selected to be Singapore’s representative surgeon to conduct the Phase 4 Clinical FDA Approval Trial for the new Restor +300ADD Multifocal lens implant and has performed over 1,000 multifocal lens implants in cataract surgery and he has also written a book on Presbyopia. He has also been one of the pioneers of KAMRA inlay surgeries through Femtosecond Laser assisted pocket technique in 2013 and is also the 1st surgeon in Asia to perform Raindrop inlay surgeries for Presbyopia in 2013. Dr Lim Wee Kiak is the co-founder and group Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Eye Centre. He graduated from medical studies in the National University of Singapore (NUS) with an MBBS in 1992 and started his postgraduate training in Ophthalmology in 1995, graduating with a Master’s degree from NUS (MMED) and two specialist postgraduate qualifications in Ophthalmology from UK (FRCS Edinburgh and FRCOphth London) in 1998. He completed one year uveitis and ocular inflammation Fellowship at National Eye Institute, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda USA in 2003. Before joining Eagle Eye Centre, Dr Lim served as a consultant and a subspecialist in ocular inflammation and immunology at the Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC). He is a specialist in Ocular Inflammation, Immunology and Uveitis and has authored 26 scientific peer-reviewed publications and 9 book chapters. He is also a member of the International Uveitis Study Group (IUSG), International Ocular Inflammation Society (IOIS) and American Uveitis Society (AUS). He serves as advisor to Singapore Opticianry Practitioners and chairman of the advisory board of Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of Optometry. Dr Lim was the Deputy Director of National Healthcare Group Eye Institute and head of uveitis ocular immunology and inflammation, Tan Tock Seng Hospital from 2007 – 2010. He is serving as a visiting consultant to SNEC and Tan Tock Seng Hospital and a member of the Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital Medical Board. Dr Lim is an accredited LASIK eye surgeon since 2003 and has performed thousands of eye surgeries including complex cataracts surgeries. He is actively involved in teaching and training young eye surgeon in SNEC and Tan Tock Seng Hospital and he has been invited as an examiner for various eye examinations.

He is a Consultant Surgeon in Cataract and Comprehensive Ophthalmology and subspecialises in the field of Vitreoretinal Diseases. Graduated with Honours in Medicine, Surgery, and Obstetrics from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and National University of Ireland in 1993. He gained full-certification in the United States Foreign Medical Graduates Examinations and held full registrations to practice in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Ireland. Dr Stephen Teoh, a Senior Consultant Ophthalmologist, specialises in retinal surgery (including retinal detachment repair, macular hole surgery, diabetic vitrectomy, diagnostic vitrectomy etc) and medical vitreoretinal diseases (including management of age-related macular degeneration, retinal vascular disorders, diabetic retinopathy etc). He is also trained in the diagnosis and management of uveitis and ocular inflammatory diseases, including immunosuppression with biologics and surgical diagnostic biopsies. Dr Teoh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and completed his Ophthalmology training with a Masters in Ophthalmology (2003) and obtained his Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd) and Academy of Medicine (FAMS) in 2005. He undertook dual subspecialty training in both vitreoretina (surgical and medical) and uveitis, ocular immunology and inflammation at the Bristol Eye Hospital, UK in 2006. He also underwent an observership in HIV-related ocular inflammation at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, USA in 2007. Dr Kelvin Lee is the Director of Glaucoma Services at Eagle Eye Centre (EEC) Singapore. He is an eye specialist and surgeon for Cataract and Comprehensive Ophthalmology, sub-specializing in the management of Glaucoma, Cataract and Glaucoma surgeries. Dr Lee also performs implantable contact lens (ICL) and LASIK for the management of refractive errors and presbyopia. In 2000, Dr Kelvin Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore. After completing specialist training in Ophthalmology, Dr Lee was accredited in 2004 the Master of Medicine (MMED) in Ophthalmology and Member of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MRCSEd); and in 2008 Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (FRCSEd). Dr Lee is holding appointments as Executive Committee Member in the Singapore Society of Ophthalmology; and Honorary Treasurer and Council Member of the College of Ophthalmologists, Academy of Medicine, Singapore. Dr Lynn Yeo was awarded her Master of Medicine (Ophthalmology) and the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) in 1993. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive surgery. In 2004, she was one of the first few surgeons to perform customised wavefront-guided LASIK in Singapore. She is one of the pioneers in Implantable Contact Lens surgery and the NearVision CK (Conductive Keratoplasty) procedure. She has published 13 scientific papers in peer-reviewed journals as the first author. Dr Lynn Yeo previously practised at the National University Hospital and the Singapore National Eye Centre. Dr Harold Choi graduated from the National University of Singapore and obtained his Masters in Medicine (Ophthalmology), and Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh. He was a clinical lecturer at the NUS. He is trained in general ophthalmology, and has special interests in cataract surgery, pterygium surgery, LASIK and other corrective eye surgery, corneal diseases, inflammatory eye conditions, glaucoma, diabetic retinal disease and age-related macular degeneration. He has received formal accreditation in performing LASIK, toric and multifocal intraocular lens implant surgery, laser for diabetes, retinal vascular diseases and glaucoma, and intravitreal treatments for age-related macular degeneration. Dr Inez Wong is the Director of Paediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus Service at Eagle Eye Centre. Her special interests are in strabismus management and surgery (in adults and children) and paediatric ophthalmology, specializing in a range of eye problems in children such as refractive errors, myopia, amblyopia, external and anterior segment diseases, cataract, glaucoma, and retinopathy of prematurity. Dr Goh is the Director of Oculoplastics, Orbit and Lacrimal Services at Eagle Eye Centre. His special interests are in Oculofacial plastic surgery, Orbit, Lacrimal and Cataract Surgery. Dr Goh was an ophthalmic plastic surgeon in the Department of Ophthalmology, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the National Healthcare Group Eye Institute. In addition to ophthalmic surgery, he also specializes in diseases of the Orbit, Lacrimal system and peri-ocular tissues. Dr Goh obtained his Masters degree in Medicine (Ophthalmology) in 2004, and has been a fellow of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists (London), College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and the College of Ophthalmologists, Singapore since 2008. Dr Goh received the Ministry of Health Scholarship in 2006, and completed a post graduate fellowship in Oculoplastics and Orbital tumors at the Mayo Clinic, Minnesota. Dr Yong graduated from the Royal Free and University College Medical School, University College London in 2000, having been awarded the degrees of Bachelor of Medical Science with 1st Class Honours, and MBBS with Distinction. Following completion of his internship in London, Dr Yong returned to Singapore for his training in Ophthalmology, where he worked at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Alexandra Hospital and the Singapore National Eye Centre. Dr Yong completed his General Ophthalmology training in 2008, and was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, as well as the Academy of Medicine Singapore. He then underwent subspecialty training in both Surgical and Medical Vitreoretinal diseases in Singapore and at the University of Toronto, Canada under a Ministry of Health HMDP Scholarship. Dr Yong’s clinical interests are in phacoemulsification cataract surgery and management of complicated cataracts / complications of anterior segment surgery, as well as vitreoretinal conditions such as retinal detachments, vitreomacular interface disorders (macular holes and epiretinal membranes), age-related macular degeneration (AMD), retinal vein occlusions (RVOs), diabetic eye disease and myopia control. He is also trained as a comprehensive ophthalmologist with extensive experience in treating other eye diseases.
