Waited for 10 minutes only until I had my private conversation with the doctor (Dr Donna). We discussed my mental exhaustion and anxiety, I got a refill on my hormone replacement therapy and we decided that a facial pampering was the right way to go for a manic Monday ❤️. I normally have my IPL and microdermabrasion done by Sara, who is such a sweetheart, very friendly, attentive to my needs and always ready to go beyond my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and always advise what best suits you. I am a very sensitive type of person and make things a bit difficult at times but Sara is always patient and has a beautiful smile to comfort you. She is top-notch and excellent in customer service. I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

I had an eyelid surgery with lip injections. Lower eyelid, fat injection and upper eyelid. It takes time to see the results but in a few weeks that was wonderful! Professional team, very good work and nice assistance from Elizabeth who welcomed me very well during my stay in Budapest. I did a follow-up in my country to check the eyelids and remove the strips as I did not stay long and my doctor noticed that the job has been done in an excellent way! I recommand Mona Lisa!
