I met with Novusklinik for a cleaning and a polishing and she was SUCH A pleasure to work with. She made me feel right at home with her conversation and gentleness. I was a bit anxious going into it since I haven't had my teeth touched in a while but she did an amazing job! I am so grateful, I loved the music she played and how clean and beautiful her new clinic was!

Mine and my partner treatment from start to finish has been amazing. The service from contact to the end unbelievable. The dentist still messaging me to see if I am OK after I have returned and I know any issues I could contact them easily nothing was to much. The care was out of this world from the dental nurse going that extra mile to the dentist checking and reassuring us the whole time. You read the bad press and honestly it been great any issues I know they will sort and will def be back. They even did an xray of my child and found the British dentist had filled it with decay still inside sent me xray no extra cost no explaining why I wanted the xray it was all just easy. I had 2 implants done, an extraction and a bone graft/sinus lift on my upper jaw at the back of my mouth. They first gave me an x-ray and then a consultation on the work that needed to be done. I was very surprised at how quickly and efficiently they were in completing the treatments I needed. Definitely value for money. I was very impressed with the place, very clean as expected and they were using all the up-to-date equipment on their customers. The whole procedure was done like clockwork from entering the building initially then to fill in certain paperwork, xrays, pictures taken, consultation, treatment and then given medication and be on your way. No sitting down waiting on certain things, you was literally in one thing and then moved onto the next stage (well impressed with their system) I was then back in a few days later for a precautionary check-up. Can't wait to be back in around 5 months' time for my new crowns. Accommodation by them was a nice hotel too. From Vahap the translator/customer coordinator explained the process step by step, to the doctors who were very professional in their work and anil the driver who transferred you to n from the airport, hotel and clinic I can't thank you all enough. I know I'd make the right choice going with the pearl clinic. See you in the summer.

100% the best dentist I have ever visited! I was recommended by a friend of mine who had her teeth done by Dr Kubra a couple of years ago, due to nerves I kept putting off going as I am afraid of dentists, I eventually bit the bullet and decided to go and get treatment done as I was just fed up of not being able to eat properly. Prior to coming I was in contact with Sarah who was extremely helpful with looking for flights and arranging a hotel for me and my friend, I honestly felt that this put me at ease and less stressed. Once I arrived to the clinic, Dr Kubra was very calming and always had a smile so I then again felt relaxed, she explained my treatment in detail so I was prepared for what I was about to have. During the surgery, I felt very limited pain, I had 6 implants top and bottom which was a very long surgery but Dr Kubra took her time and always asked if I was ok and if I needed a break. The next day I felt so good, with no bruising, and no pain, I went out shopping. I give the service and the clinic 10/10 they were fantastic and I’m really looking forward for my final stage and being able to eat again.

I had composite bonding done at the clinic. We appreciate how we were able to get an appointment within a short period of time. I couldn't be happier with the result. The clinic was also able to accommodate us the day after when we had to come back for minor adjustment. The exam room was bright and spacious, and the consultation time before the work was very well managed. Dr. Ozgur made sure that I was comfortable the whole time during the work, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend the clinic. Worth the trip!!

I went to Dr Urzola back in April to start My procedure I had my teeth removed and 3 days later I received my temporary teeth it was painless. The staff was great they were all very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. I went back in August when my implants and bone were healed They have the most modern equipment I have ever seen in the USA. The price in NC and SC were extremely expensive and they nickel and dime you til you are broke. The cost of my implants and permanent teeth. The USA only offered a 7-year warranty. With Dr Urzola my cost was at least over 60 per cent cheaper and his office has a lifetime guarantee no matter what happens. Cristina is such a great help in helping you arrange all the questions you may have about hotels you get a discount and a free ride from the airport to your hotel and free transport from the hotel to the doctor's office. I highly recommend Dr Urzola and the staff. thanks I hope this information will help you make your choice for offices.
