I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I had my teeth done at Istanbul Dental Academy. It was an unbelievable experience for me, my doctors were knowledgeable and helpful. They explained everything and the details manager Onur was so kind before the process I have some anxiety about treatments, but he took all the worries out of my mind. Wow...what else can I say! I have a real phobia of dentists and suffer from hyper-sensitivity. Went in for cleaning and teeth whitening. From the time you arrive, you are greeted by an excellent team of Receptionists who put me at easy instantly. Dr. Ilgın proceeded to do my treatment knowing of my problems but yet insisted in not using a numbing agent for my gums. I was obviously reluctant and he put me at easy and to my own surprise for the first time in my 51 years on this planet, I didn't feel a thing. Wow...I walked out happy and needless to say with the biggest and brightest smile. I recommend this clinic to everyone. You will be in good hands. M

After a very long search to find a good dentist, I have had many quotes from different clinics but the majority of them offered me a dental package, that included flights and very attempting accommodation, like 5 stars hotels, but I wasn't sure that these packages are the best option for me as they never mentioned the names of the doctors that will be treating me. As an anesthetist doctor, I was keen to find an experienced professional dentist, that has very good credentials, which I think is the most important information anyone needs to know before proceeding with treatment. I finally have made my choice to be under the care of Dr. Cem Baysal, who is in my opinion the best dentist I ever met. Both he and his staff were very accommodating, his clinic is very clean and spotless. After a 3D scan, he discussed all the options and explained everything in detail. His English is perfect so no communication problem, he managed to find time to do my 3 implants on the same day, even though he was very busy. I had 3 implants under local anesthetic with no pain and no complications. He is very professional, very caring, and quick at delivering the treatment with the best results expected. He also will try to save one of my tooth which, which my dentist in the UK suggested that it has to be removed. Dr. Cem Baysal you're such a wonderful doctor and you always make me feel so safe. You are a perfect combination of responsibility and care. Thank you for taking care of me so delicately. I am looking forward to seeing you again after a four months period to complete my treatment.

The driver pick me up from the hotel to attend the appointment and dropped me off the hotel after the appointment. I have 7 teeth exacted and 9 implants done. The operation went well so far despite the pain. I can't wait to go back to have my Permanent crowns done this October. I would be pleased if Umut Dental Clinic could pay me some money to cover the cost of my hotel accommodation and airport transfer for my first visit.

I have been speaking highly of Dr Kübra to my friends and family since returning from Bodrum, Turkey last week. I had a root canal treatment and a total of 8 crowns. The service I received at the clinic was exceptional. Sarah is so kind and caring and a wonderful translator making communication a breeze. What I appreciated the most was that Dr Kübra was honest and sincere and made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I was also pleasantly surprised that I was picked up and dropped off from my hotel for my treatment at the clinic. I will be returning next month to continue my treatment and will be recommending this clinic to anyone who asks.

I've came across ASV Medical through WhatClinic and I've enquired in the first instance for an implant after being back and forth implantologist and endodontist here in London. I sent my X-rays to them and they came back to me saying that I didn't need an implant but two root canal treatments plus two crowns, it was when I felt that I talking with the right people. For two weeks we were in contact and I had all of my doubts clear.
