Dr Viney Aggarwal is a well known Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon of the region. He did his Graduation from Punjab Govt. Dental College and Hospital, Amritsar in 1986 and post Graduation from prestigious King George’s Medical College, Lucknow in 1989.
