Sabina is a registered Medical herbalist and Iridologist.  She graduated from the University of Wales in Phytotherapy (plant medicine) and later went onto study at the London School of Iridology for her diploma. The condition of the skin have always interested her and in 2010 was awarded a diploma in Dermatology from Australasia Institute of Dermatology.   In the herbal clinic the focus is not only on the presenting symptoms, but why the condition has developed.  Therefore a holistic approach is taken and Sabina would be pleased to expand on how herbal medicine may be able to help. Iridology is part of all consultations and has proved a very useful aid in understanding the patient's constitution. The clinic mainly sees patients with skin conditions such as eczema, acne, psoriasis, seb dermatitis, rosacea etc.  Also condition such as arthritis, IBS, depression, fatigue, infertility both male and female etc addressed.

The Hayward Clinic Specialises in Craniosacral therapy and pain relief.  Craniosacral therapy: Craniosacral therapy is the treatment of muscular tensions within the body for patients suffering with back, neck, knee, hip pains etc.  Also Craniosacral therapy specialises in trauma injuries and chronic sports injuries. John Jennings has been working with such patients for the past ten years and would be pleased to talk to you about your concerns. Craniosacral therapy for Babies:   Tension formed in the soft tissue during the birthing process and also when babies move around the womb can result in problems such as colic, constipation, crying, sleep problems and restlessness. It is approx. 4 miles from Ballineen/Enniskean and 6 miles from Clonakilty. On a first visit, I will take a full medical history and talk to you in depth about your health problem. The appropriate treatment will then follow. A first visit with treatment will usually take  up to 1 hour 30 mins. Subsequent visits will be from 45 mins to 1 hour. All acupuncture needles used are single use and pre-sterilised in accordance with Acupuncture Council of Ireland code of practice.   Appointments available between 9am - 9pm  Mon - Fri. and 2pm - 6pm Sat.  Visits by appointment only.
