Reiki is a gentle & non-invasive therapy which works with the Universal Life Force Energy that is all around us, to balance both the body & mind.Treatments are carried out fully clothed & usually on a couch. The first consultation is for me to take time to learn your history and understand how I can help you. I ask a lot of questions about your health, emotional well being, childhood and life story, (nothing too personal, just gives me an over view) and what your goals are? 1 1/2 hour session

I use Ericksonian Hypnotherapy in a peaceful guided meditation where new learnings take place in your unconscious mind effortlessly. Trance is a natural aspect of our consciousness and hypnosis amplyifies that state to allow transformation to take place.

Reiki means universal life energy. During this healing treatment, the therapist will utilise various holding positions on the body. This will clear energy blockages and induce a deep state of relaxation and well-being. (Loose clothing may be worn during the treatment.)

Asyou relax, fully clothed, on a couch or seated the Reiki practitioner holdsher/his hands on or above you. There is no pressure on the body thus making itideal for treating all ages and conditions. The energy flows wherever it isrequired and can normally be felt as a warm sensation or tingling in the body.Receiving Reiki is a very relaxing and soothing experience! In the westernworld many practitioners use the standard hand positions and commonly a fulltreatment is given covering all the important organs of the body and I usuallyalso balance the whole chakra system too.

CranioSacral Therapy is generally a very light touch, therapy. It is deeply effective on a wide range of conditions and is far more than just the cranium - sacrum complex which the name implies.  CranioSacral Therapy is excellent at helping the body cope with trauma. Trauma includes falls, accidents, blows, surgery, physical and emotional impingements and the birth process itself all of which can lead to neurological irritation, vascularconstriction, tissue contracture, sclerosis or other such influences. These patterns of disharmony becomes imprinted into the tissues at many levels – in the soft tissues, the membranes, the fascia, the nerve endings, the peripheral nerves, the central nervous system or in the energy systems. Paediatric CranioSacral Therapy The birth process itself can be as challenging and demanding to baby as it is to mother. Many babies will have experienced some kind of unnatural stress or interference by the time they are born.  CranioSacral Therapy is particularly valuable for babies and children since their bodies are malleable. They can correct easily and quickly because they have spent less time organising themselves around their physical and emotional restrictions. Left untreated, these restrictions can take more time and effort to correct in adulthood, causing pain and dysfunction in the interim.
