We provide blood tests for food intolerances and blood tests for food allergies. Our lab is situated at Biolab, 9 Weymouth Street.

We can test for 93 foods as well as inhalants such as pollen.

We also provide 1 hour  nutrition consultations at additional cost.

I am the director of Nutrition and Vitality, a Nutrition Clinic on Harley Street London UK.

The clinic offers private Nutrition appointments for patients requiring dietary advice for weight loss. food allergies and intolerances, digestive disorders including IBS, Candida and adrenal burn-out.

What type of Patients do I help?

I help patients with a wide range of chronic health problems, ranging from:

Food Allergies and Intolerances
Digestive disorders such as IBS.
Skin disorders including eczema and Psoriasis
Candida and Yeast related issues
Weight issues
Chronic fatigue

The patients I see are looking for an alternative to the NHS and I am able to help them through dietary changes and natural supplements. My aim to always to understand the underlying cause of their symptoms.

What happens during a consultation?
I recommend laboratory testing including blood tests, stool tests, urine tests and saliva tests to help me understand better what may be the true cause of these symptoms.

I also run seminars for the corporate sector to help increase employee motivation, employee health, employee productivity and reduce absenteeism. Seminar topics include- foods and supplements to increase energy, top tips to lose weight permanently and foods and supplements to reduce stress.


I previously worked for Vodafone (Vizzavi) in Market Research
and Canon (Scanners, digital cameras, printers) as European Marketing Manager.
I left the corporate world to follow my passion for health and wellness.
