About Complete Health Clinic

The Complete Health Clinic is Helen O’Brien. That’s me. I specialise in Colonic Hydrotherapy (also known as Colonic Irrigation), Breathwork, Sound Healing  and complementary therapies  including and Lymphatic Drainage. I have over 19’ experience working in spas and clinics in the North West. It is my aim to assist you on your journey to a healthier you.

For most people, life can be unnecessarily complicated and stressful, running around at 100 miles an hour, being pulled from pillar to post! In today’s fast paced life you need a strong foundation to depend and this foundation is your health! If you look after your health you can do almost anything and after all, there is only one you!

As a therapist, I give all my clients undivided time and maximum value from every treatment, whether it’s your first visit or one of many. I understand your body is a community of organs that all need to work in harmony and I treat the whole of the community as opposed to a little part. At the Complete Health Clinic I offer a service where you pay for expertise and energy rather than overheads! It’s a personal, flexible and absolutely client-focused format. Your time is precious – this is why I am available for appointments at times suitable for you. I’m flexible and I hold regular evening, weekend and daytime appointments. After your initial treatment I provide aftercare and advice that is personalised for your individual requirements. I am regulated and registered with the Association of Registered Colon Hydrotherapists (ARCH), the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I am also Vice-Chairperson of the ARCH committee which is a wonder privilege.
