Totally Holistic Health

Totally Holistic Health was founded by Julie Elder in 2005.  A fully qualified therapist Julie specialises in providing complementary therapies such as Kinesiology, Reflexology, Massage and the Bowen Technique (to advanced level) in the North Cheshire and South Manchester area.

Stress can be a major factor in most illnesses. It can make the body vulnerable to all sorts of infections by depressing the body's immune system.

Holistic therapies help the body to be able to deal with stress better by inducing a feeling of wellbeing, helping the body to relax therefore helping to eliminate stress, tension and toxins from the body.

Julie aims to be able to provide her clients when required with advice on relaxation techniques and nutritional advice to enable them to maintain excellent health and wellbeing for both the body and mind.

Julie Elder is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, the International Council of Holistic Therapists, The Complementary and Natural Therapy Council, The Bowen Academy of Australia (BowTech) and the International Guild of Professional Practitioners (now known as Embody) and she is also a Reiki Master
