About Milo-Holistic

Holistic therapies are used to treat patients by this therapist at her clinic at Benitachell in Alicante, Spain. Biography:

My interest in spirituality and health began when I was very young. My mother was often suffering from migraines each month and I remember getting out a huge book of natural therapies to help her in any way I could. I believe this triggered my path to art of natural healing.

At the age of 13 I attuned to Reiki I in the UK and I have been practicing ever since. 

After I left school I had the opportunity to become involved working in the film industry as a Film-Directors personal assistant in Beverly Hills, California. After three years I felt a strong urge to develop myself as a holistic healer. I left my job in the USA and lived in the UK to study reflexology in London at the world-renown International Institute of Reflexology. As a qualified Ingham Method reflexologist I now reside in Benitachell, Alicante. (Spain)

Apart from home-visits around the Benitachell, Javea and Moraira region, I currently work at health retreats, nursing care homes and beauty spas.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists in the UK and also the Reflexology Costa Blanca Area Group.
