We have a very experience team of 3, all who are passionate and excellent at teaching.  Unlike many other forms of exercise, Pilates balances out muscular asymmetries, streamlines your silhouette, and improves your balance, coordination, and breath control.Pilates exercises simultaneously develop muscular flexibility and strength within one move.One precisely executed Pilates session is worth more than several hours at the gym and afterward you’ll feel invigorated, not exhausted.

This is a 'magic' adjunct to the detox programme that we have been running for 10 years.  Used in conjunction with the NADA protocol for substance and non substance abuse, it is fantastic for losing weight, giving up smoking and nourishing all organs.  

There are also some very important points that are used in conjunction with body acupuncture fertility points (and regular systemic acu) that pin points systems such as endocrine and nervous systems to balance and release, depending on what is required.

A combination of Nutrition, Lifestyle and Acupuncture form the basis of our approach.  As you would expect, all our therapies have been selected and developed for their particular relevance to promoting each key stage of reproduction. They are usually more specialised than those you may receive from practitioners with general practices.
