Dietary Counselling advises clients in formulating healthy eating programmes for improving their general health and wellbeing and supporting weight loss. Clients will be offered strategies for personal change and to work towards a sustainable healthier future using dietary analysis software, body composition analysis and health coaching. The focus is on putting together a healthy eating programme that will ensure that the client is eating for optimal health and to minimise the impact of genetic and environmental influences e.g. stress, pollution and lifestyle. An initial Holistic Nutrition consultation takes 1.5 hours. During this consultation we will review the information provided by the client in their ‘Holistic Wellness Questionnaire’ and ‘Food Diary’, main health concerns and wellness goals. You will be asked detailed questions about your health, symptoms, and lifestyle and your use of dietary supplements (if applicable) will also be evaluated. Your bodies BMI and [Name redacted] will be checked and you will also be weighed (should you wish). From this your individualised Holistic Wellness Plan will be created along with recommendations tailored specifically to your needs (e-mailed to you post consultation), which will get you started immediately.
