About Young At Heart Services

Young At Heart Services provides health-screening services to thepublicin a convenient way through established clinics throughout SouthernIreland. We alsowork with group events, i.e. health clubs, business functions and fundraising.  We offer low cost tests that give you the information youneedto possibly save your life or to live a long healthy one.  The numberof birthday’s you have does not determine the true age of your body. The condition of your arterial lining does a much better job in thatdetermination.  We have had people who were 37 years old test out witharteries of an 80 year old, and a 72 year old with arteries of a 15year old.

Blood Pressure Monitoring
Were you pleased with the treatment?

In the 90 days i have been following the recommendations outlined by Young At Heart Services I have lost over 15lbs and have much more energy and focus. My blood pressure has gone done (even while exercising) and i am able to exercise much longer and more intensely. Most importantly my predicted future health is looking promising.
This is the perfect starting point. I finally found a health program that works while I can still enjoy all my favourite foods!!!

This program is a must for everyone who wants to stay healthy long into the future to enjoy the finer things in life
