Revive Hair & Skin Clinic

I wanted to have a facial hair transplant done and I chose Revive because they gave me a really good offer. Some of the other clinics were charging up to double the price I paid, so I knew I was getting my money’s worth here. When I made further inquiries, everything seemed to check out. The doctor gave me some good advice in our communications and the clinic was also displayed on Google Maps so I could see where they were based. I can be quite paranoid about things like this, but I felt like I could trust them. I’m happy with the results so far. It’s been about five months since I’ve had the treatment and some hairs are visible. However, it’ll be a while before I see the final outcome.

Soon after I got there, I saw that the clinic actually shares the premises with another beauty place. Inside, everything was clean, tidy and smart. It’s really organized and well-maintained. I knew I was in good hands and this reassured me. The general staff was polite and courteous, while the technician who did the transplant was friendly and chatted with me throughout. The duration of the procedure was longer than expected. I could tell that they were really dedicated, and I wasn’t even charged extra for it taking longer. The most painful part was the anesthetic injection, but we can’t really get around this. As far as aftercare goes, I just send them a monthly email with updates and the doctor responds with advice.

From the moment I met Dr. Sahu I felt at ease, I was welcomed into a very professional and smart clinic in a nice location and felt like I was already in good hands. All the time leading up to my appointment I was kept fully informed by Dr. Sahu and had quick responses to all of my questions. It was the same when I arrived, with the procedure discussed, questions answered and advice given.

Shortly after I was introduced to the technician Marius who was very friendly and professional. The beard transplant went ahead as planned and it turned out that more grafts were needed than predicted, which meant the procedure lasting several hours longer than anticipated, but the attention to detail shown and meticulous approach was admirable and made me feel that I was getting great, personal service rather than being hurried or rushed. I was provided a bag of various post-op care items and told how to use these. The work ethic shown by Dr. Sahu and Marius was exemplary and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone as they are obviously passionate about what they do, I will definitely go back if and when needed! Now it’s just a waiting game!
