I had some worries about the whole experience at first, but Clinic Center team truly put me at ease with their incredible support and professionalism. Everything was so well organized, from the airport transfers to the hotel pickups. The hotel was lovely and affordable, and the food was fantastic! The clinic itself felt clean and welcoming, with friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The procedure went smoothly, thanks to the team's skill and expertise. The post-op care was excellent too. As soon as I got home, the aftercare reached out to offer support and advice. They were quick to respond and provided all the information I needed. I had a hair transplant 10 days ago and am really pleased with the entire experience and the results I'm seeing so far. The operation team was highly professional, and the post-operative team followed up systematically, keeping me informed about what needed to be done and when ensuring a smooth healing process. I do want to mention that I had a few issues with airport pick-up delays and a lack of communication from the Sales Consultant. After I raised my concerns, she didn’t offer any compensation for the shortfalls. However, apart from that, everything else was top-notch. I had a deep face and neck lift and upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Soner in October 2023, and it's been a game-changer for me. For over 19 years, I felt very self-conscious about my neck and side profile, after a hurtful comment from a so-called friend. On December 18th, I had my hair implant, I was a bit scared. My worries disappeared as soon as I came into contact with the Mcan team. They were kind, professional, and helpful, always patient and with a smile on their faces. Great place excellent results a top tier professional staff. I was very scared before the first fly to Turkey. But everything went smooth I felt comfortable as soon as I arrived at the airport my transpiration was waiting for me they brought me to the hotel. The next morning they picked me up from hotel to hospital and I met with Dr Burak we discussed the details. It takes around 8 hours. Now it has been 6 months since my operation and the results are awesome. My only regret that I didn’t do it any sooner. I travelled from the UK to get chin and jaw liposuction with Dr.Ferhat and the whole experience was amazing I would recommend anyone wanting this procedure to book in with Dr Ferhat! I have previously had this procedure done in Istanbul 3 years ago and it did not work. I also got nerve damage from this and wasn’t able to smile properly for 6 months following, which was my biggest worry about getting the procedure done again. However, I’ve had a completely different experience this time round and I’ve had no issues with nerve damage. My jawline is now defined and I have no saggy skin. It is obvious that Dr Ferhat is very experienced in this procedure and all his staff are very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable and safe in Dr Ferhat's clinic and I am so happy with my results already I’m only 4 days post-op!
