I just had a 5000 graft Transplant and want to share my experience. Since the moment Metin picked me up at IST airport with a big smile through the blood tests and the many pictures, the operation/procedure, bandage removal and first wash over 3 days has been a fantastically, professional and caring experience. Şule, her brother Osman, and the many members of the team, Fatih the most long-serving driver, Hafiz particularly Baris were brilliant with the initial and aftercare. Şule runs the 130 staff as a family, they make you feel like you are part of the family too. They a sincere about it and never put the heavy sell like the other clinics I spoke to. Their word is their reputation. It’s been 5 days and the recovery is going well, I had a little swelling but it’s now gone. I am confident the transplant will work but Şule gave me a 100% guarantee, that they email you a certificate. After an extensive search, I picked Şule based on the facilities, WhatsApp chat with Osman and the price. Made the right decision and recommended them. Honestly could not have asked for anything else. Thank you team most appreciate it.

This is a wonderfully run clinic. As proof, this is my second trip to the place. The first time, I accompanied a friend who had the transplants done. The result was very successful. However, since my friend does not have a lot of hair and needed to add more, we came a second time with another friend who also wanted work done. In my particular case, my hairline was thinning and so I decided as well to join the club. From the first communication with Ahmet, who coordinated everything, the entire procedure for all of us was smooth and seamless. As all our needs were not the same, Ahmet paid attention to make sure our individual needs were addressed accordingly. The pick up at the airport, the hotel accommodations, the actual procedure and post care were all as easy as one would want. There are many clinics in Istanbul - many of which are factories that do the same cookie cutter procedure regardless of ones particular needs. This is not the case here. I would highly recommend this place especially if you want a professional, discreet, safe and clean environment. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. PS communication in English is absolutely no problem--i.e. our Turkish is non-existent...it took me a few days just to learn to say 'Thank you"! =)
