He a plastic surgeon born in Athens, whose origins are from Nafpaktos Greece, studied at the Medical School of the Universities of Ferrara and Perugia in Italy, from where he graduated in 1990 with grade 99/110. His dissertation, entitled “Dysplasia and Neoplasia of the Vagina: Diagnosis and Treatment”, was awarded grade 7, the highest grade for a reference paper. Until 1992, he served his military term as medical intern at the Neurosurgery and Urology Clinic at the 251 Air Force Hospital in Athens , Greece . n 1993, he worked in periferial Health Centre of about 15,000 inhabitants in the Ermionida Greece county, covering emergency cases in its pathology and surgery clinic. Between 1996 and 2000, he worked as medical intern in the clinic of plastic and reconstructive head and neck surgery at the “Agios Savvas” Cancer Hospital in Athens and he was offered a residency at the plastic and reconstructive surgery, microsurgery and hand surgery clinic at the University of Bordeaux in France. He has been practicing plastic and cosmetic surgery ever since, as specialized plastic surgeon, working with major private hospitals in Athens and Piraeus , as well as insurance companies. He has been in charge and scientific director at hair transplant clinic DHI, Athens Dermatological Centre until 2006. He has attended numerous medical conferences and seminars and has received awards for papers and publications.
