My experience with Apera has been very positive from start to finish. I was picked up in a lovely car, stayed in a nice hotel for one night and met in the morning to come to the clinic. Once at the hospital, everything was explained to me via the translator John who is amazing. The doctor and staff answer any questions and are very attentive. Very happy.

Well, how can I start. I was so mediocre before get this treatment. I am like 5'4 and was like 236 lbs. I have doubts on my mind and never been able to chance to feel myself brave to get this treatment. Finally, I made my decision and start to make my research. I found Clinic Center on Instagram and started to read comments on trust pilot. Hence, the number of comments on trust pilot is high and the rating score was high, that encourage me to contact with them. All I can say is it was an excellent service from talking about my options to having the operation. The salesperson was really concerned and answer my all doubts, the doctor and the patient service was amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. After surgery, I was starting to loose weight after surgery. It has been like 3 months since I got my surgery. Thanks for Clinic Center to help me getting this hard procedure without getting trouble. Another visit at Vanity Cosmetic I went for a follow up after 2 months since the surgery, again, the service I received was excellent, from transfers to end of stay. Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. I went to this clinic for a sleeve gastrectomy. Unfortunately, I can only give it 5 stars. Fatma and Damla were so lovely and took great care of me. You are available to your patients 24/7. The pick-up service also worked very well. From the hotel to the clinic and the airport. I felt very comfortable and well looked after in the clinic. I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

I had a gastric sleeve on 04/03/2024! Absolutely outstanding clinic, and the staff are so nice. I couldn't have asked for a better bunch of staff. The surgeon is amazing! He came and seen me every day. Also, not to forget about my coordinator Asli. She really is awesome. That girl is hilarious. I had some really good laughs with her. Honestly, this clinic is the best of the best! Thank you for helping start my new healthy journey.

Right from enquiring about this surgery the clinic has been immensely helpful and communication has been great. The surgery went well and aftercare was 5* I felt at ease & comfortable throughout. I had my gastric sleeve surgery on 26/04/22. It had been booked for a few months and in that time Fatih the coordinator was very patient and very helpful at answering my 1 million questions. Upon arrival at airport on 25/04, I was picked up by a lovely driver who made me feel at ease, I then was took to the hospital for covid tests and then dropped at hotel. All arrangements for the next morning were sent to me that day so I knew the schedule. I was picked up from hotel on morning of 26/04 and had to fast from 11pm the night before. I was immediately impressed with how clean and modern the hospital department was and how friendly the staff were. All the tests were explained to me and performed promptly. The surgeon Dr Bora came round and was so friendly and made me feel at ease. He explained they would do the endoscopy and the surgery under the same anaesthetic to minimise the risk. He also gave me a time for my surgery which gave me time to mentally prepare. I had my surgery in the afternoon of 26/04 and was sleepy and in some pain (mainly gas pain) for the next 24 hours. The nurses were very helpful and always asked if I wanted pain relief or help. I can't thank them enough. I spent two days in the hospital and then two days in a hotel before flying home. I would highly recommend the surgery and the clinic. Very professional, very customer service focused, made me feel at ease and the care was first class. I also had no transfers or taxis to pay, I was driven everywhere by the clinic drivers, given medication, a diet plan no instructions on how to start moving around.

I just want to share I had a gastric sleeve on 2nd June 2022 . Arrived home 5th June. Start weight 17stone 2 horrific as I am 5foot 1. Wow what an excellent experience. I was nervous but my assistant Deniz and driver Rustu made every fear disappear straight away. Rustu even shared his own personal experience of sleeving which was commendable. Pre op checks unbelievable, lung expert, cardiologist, scans, ct scan, xrays blood tests much more than I feel would happen in the UK hospitals. My surgeon and his team are fantastic and the aftercare team can't thank enough. Nurses down to the cute ladies who clean the rooms. Thank you also to Eren the dietitian your advice is simple and clear. Cleanliness- 100% professionalism- 100%. My Turkish is rubbish and I was ashamed to say this .... everyone's English was spot on (I will try to learn for my next visit I promise)! If they said I had to do it again tomorrow I would be on the next flight. Easy, uncomplicated and 100% care on the highest level. Thank you all so so much and excited to reverse diabetes and feel human again. Forever grateful to the clinic in Antalya. Thank you Dr Mani and Dr Nurallah, you are the best of the best!! I feel like I've said goodbye to my little family.
