The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. Before the operation, the expert doctor explained the whole procedure, I asked all my questions and he/she responded. I'm overjoyed. Thank you everyone!!! You took care of me very well.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Medical treatment was phenomenal and very thorough. All staff were professional and friendly and extremely helpful. I was put at ease at every stage and had no fears.

I'm writing this comment from home on day 6 of my surgery. I would like to say that I was very scared when I decided to have the operation, but when I arrived in Istanbul and got into the vehicle that was supposed to take me to the hospital, I felt very safe. When I arrived at the hospital, my translator was waiting for me and helped me settle into my room. Before my operation, all the necessary tests were carried out, x-rays were taken and my heart was examined. It was like an investigation was being conducted. The next morning Dr. visited me. Cem with my translator, answered all my questions and encouraged me to have the operation. He is both a very good doctor and very professional. After the operation, I had some pain but they gave me enough painkillers. After a few hours, I was able to walk and move around the hospital on my own. After the hospital the vehicle took me to my hotel, everything was ready for me and the hotel was very nice. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. A WhatsApp group was set up with a nutritionist, a doctor and a translator and I was immediately given all the necessary information. I'm home now and can say my surgery went great. I had gastric sleeve. The surgery went very smoothly. Within hours, I was able to mobilise with little pain. The nurses were very attentive and gave me a lot of fluids and pain relief. The whole team was amazing. 3 weeks out and am back to my routine with no worries.

I did my gastric sleeves and gallbladder removal in APERA Clinic and that was one of my best decisions I made. The hospital is so nice like 5 star hotel, very clean. Customer service is the best. Doctor and nurses checked me every 15-30min. When discharge me they gave me tablets and protein shakes for one month. Very good hospital. I recommend this hospital 1000%.

I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

Hey this is Angie from US, before I came to Turkey, I was nervous about getting this treatment. Whether you get in US or Turkey, the procedure is still risky. But the price difference between two country is considerable. Therefore, I would suggest people to do your homework very well. Do your reasearch and read as much as information to understand the whole process. Firstly, I understand that Turkey has a solid infrastructure in health industry and generally their services are good. But you never know what inside of the orange without peel of. I've choose Clinic Center and found them in google and check out their comments. I was satisfied what I've read and made my decision and got my surgery. Every step was under the control of the clinic. Staff in hospital and the doctor was so helpful. I';m now 5 weeks out and already lost 40lbs. I'm very happy about my decision, I know it will change my life forever. Thanks the clinic center and the staff for everything. Have a good one!

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. I had two operation one was hair transplant and the other was rhinoplasty. They both when well and was well look after by the staff. They could not do enough for me. I would say if you having a rhinoplasty please do a video call first as a few doctors could not do it but after the video call I know this doctor was the one that could do it and without Ayşe I would of not be able to go though it as she won’t leave you side and also on her WhatsApp when I needed her in the night. The driver, he is funny and will take you anywhere. He is friendly and caring as well . I've been to a few clinics in my life but this is my number one and will be back soon. The valve of the treatment was one of the cheapest and will give discount if you have more then one operation. It better to bring euro so no hidden credit card surprises.

Husband had this surgery in September 2023. I was absolutely terrified with hearing stories of operations going wrong etc. But the Irem showed so much support. She went above and beyond. I'm 4 days post op and came with AYT Clinic Antalya for my sleeve gastrectomy and honestly, it was the best decision I ever made! The pre-op tests are massively thorough to the point I seen respiratory and cardiology consultants prior to the surgery as well as anaesthetist and surgeon, had lots of bloods, ultrasounds of my abdomen and heart, ecg, x-ray the whole lot! I had word of mouth recommendations for AYT from people I know who have had the op and they've never looked back! I'm a nurse practitioner in the UK and can honestly say the healthcare out here has been incredible, better than what I have experienced back home! The service from start to finish was faultless. From the information provided via text, being picked up from in a luxury vehicle, to the hospital staff nothing was too much trouble. This was all down to Fatih Ozturk the coordinator. He was always available to answer any questions from start to finish. I had a Gastric Sleeve, the only pain I suffered was the trapped wind, was given pain relief which helped. The surgeon Dr Bora Koc came to see me twice a day during my stay. I have been given medication to take home with me and contact numbers for advice/support if needed. It was Fatih Ozturk who made this journey happen for me would not hesitate to use him again.

I have just had a gastric sleeve fitted here at this hospital on 24/6/22. DR MANI, and all the hospital staff absolutely fantastic. I could not wish to go to a more friendly, efficient hospital. Beautiful smiles all the time on staff's faces, from surgeons, nursing staff, cleaners. Medication always on time, constantly check on you. I'd definitely go back there. Ask them anything, and they will answer or find out for you straight away. Have own driver, he is fantastic to, will also take you anywhere. This hospital very highly recommended you won't regret it.
