A highly qualified and experienced urological surgeon performs vasectomy reversal procedures at the Spire Gatwick Park Hospital in Horley, Surrey. He is the consultant urological surgeon and lead clinician at the Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. The surgeon performs procedures for patients from across the country and abroad. Finance is arranged to make the operation affordable for patients. All procedures are performed using a high powered microscope by the surgeon and the vasectomy operation takes between 2 and 2 ½ hours. Patients are required to stay overnight for observation after the procedure at the hospital.

The Aberdeen Fertility Centre is a cooperative combining a Fertility Clinic (providing NHS service) and the Assisted Reproduction Unit of Aberdeen Maternity Hospital (providing both NHS and private service). The Clinic accepts patients referred by doctors or hospitals, but they do not accept patients who self-refer. Patients may, however, contact the Centre for advice and information. At the Fertility Clinic, testing of both partners and diagnosis are performed, along with treatments including ovulation induction, donor insemination, IUI, and some reproductive surgeries. This fertility and assisted conception unit is a state of the art centre within the Countess of Chester hospital in Chester in Cheshire. The hospital forms part of the NHS foundation trust. The modern facility is equipped with the latest technology for accurate testing and treatments of couples who seek help for infertility. A full range of infertility investigations and treatments are provided at the unit and the unit is licensed by the Human Fertilization and Embryology Authority. The unit has a commendable success rate of pregnancies resulting from assisted reproductive and fertility treatments provided at the hospital and adopts individualised evidence based care with the highest of standards and success.

The Wales Fertility Institute at the University Hospital of Wales is part of a two site South and West Wales Fertility Service with the second site being based at Neath Port Talbot Hospital.  The specialised multi disciplinary team consists of doctors, nurses, embryologists, counsellors and administrative staff. The Centre for Genetic & Reproductive Health (formerly The Assisted Conception Unit) assists individuals in becoming pregnant offering a full range treatments. Assisted conception techniques include Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), In Vitro Fertilisation, Donor insemination, and other proven methods. MESA, micro-epididymal sperm aspiration and other related services are available for men who were unable to successfully reverse a vasectomy or other wise have difficultly releasing sperm. The Assisted Conception Unit is licensed by the HFEA, The Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority. This facility has been in service since 1990.
