A highly qualified and experienced urological surgeon performs vasectomy reversal procedures at the Spire Gatwick Park Hospital in Horley, Surrey. He is the consultant urological surgeon and lead clinician at the Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. The surgeon performs procedures for patients from across the country and abroad. Finance is arranged to make the operation affordable for patients. All procedures are performed using a high powered microscope by the surgeon and the vasectomy operation takes between 2 and 2 ½ hours. Patients are required to stay overnight for observation after the procedure at the hospital.

The Vasectomy Reversal Clinic at Spire Gatwick Park is run by Mr Michael Swinn. He is Consultant Urological Surgeon and Lead Clinician at The Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. He qualified from The Middlesex Hospital in 1991 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1996. He has been awarded two higher degrees – an MSc and an MD, both from The University of London. He is widely published and has presented on a variety of urological topics both at home and abroad. 

He developed an interest in male infertility while training at Charing Cross Hospital and was trained in microsurgical reversal of vasectomy in Brisbane, Australia, where he undertook a Fellowship in 2003.
