Were you pleased with the treatment?
I had a consultation for IVF treatment and was very pleased with the detailed explanations and options presented and the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The only thing I would say in the negative is the way they explain and present the cost of treatment. I do not actually know if they are expensive or not until I see some other clinics, but during the consultation I was verbally told that the option I had chosen would be 3000 euros. Then on the printed "budget" it was 4900 euros and I then asked if that included the medication and was told no, that would be another 1000 euros. In addition, the preliminary tests on me to make sure I could go ahead with the treatment would be another 400 euros or more. All in all, double the price verbally quoted and not all costs documented in budget they give you to take away. I recommend they change the way they explain and quote the costs and if they are going to print out a quote, it should be more detailed including everything required.
