After spending more than 10 years in government restructured hospital, Dr Lee went into private practice in 2008 and pioneered the Thomson Women's Clinic (AMK Hub) in Ang Mo Kio, successfully providing obstetrics, gynaecology and fertility services, including IVF treatments. Dr Michele Lee took on bigger challenges in 2011 when she joined the Sincere Medical Specialist Center for Women and Sincere IVF Center in Novena. She was active in enhancing clinical practice, performing IVF programmes and surgery as part of the center’s fertility treatments. In mid 2014 , she started her own clinics situated at both the Mount Alvernia Medical Centre D and Lucky Plaza.
