He actively engages in spreading awareness in society by offering his expertise to media and publicity. Since 2018, he is a partner in The Fertility Partnership, one of the largest groups bringing together fertility clinics in Europe.

In 1992 he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University and in the same year began his employment as an assistant at the Pomeranian Medical University. In 1995 he defended his PhD thesis in embryology and reproductive medicine and gained a doctorate in medical science. In 1996 he achieved Specialist Grade I and in 1999 Specialist Grade II (with distinction) in gynaecology and obstetrics. In the field of gynaecology, he focuses mainly on the comprehensive treatment of infertility in couples (including reproductive endocrinology and assisted reproduction techniques) as well as gynaecological surgery. He is the recipient of multiple scholarships from the University of Antwerp and the Free University in Brussels, the leading European centres for infertility treatment. He is the co-founder of the Assisted Reproduction Laboratory at the Gynaecology and Reproduction Clinic of the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 PUM in Police, for which he received an award from the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University. He is currently the Head of the Academic Department and Institute for Gynaecology and Reproductive Health at the Faculty of Health Science of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. He is also the co-founder of the VitroLive company and its unit The Fertility and Gynaecology Centre VitroLive. In addition to his clinical work, he is also active in scientific research in the field of reproductive medicine. He is the author of various scientific titles focusing on infertility, which are frequently published in prestigious medical journals. For his scientific work, he has received numerous awards from the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University. In 2002 he submitted his postdoctoral dissertation with the title “The optimisation of in vitro mouse embryo cultures, including the role of selected growth factors” and was granted the habilitated doctor degree in medical science. In 2008 he was awarded the highest degree of specialisation in clinical embryology (Senior Clinical Embryologist), certified by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). In 2009 he was granted a professorship by the President of the Republic of Poland. He has helped thousands of couples to fulfil their dreams of parenthood. In 2015 he was awarded the title of specialist in gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. He successfully led the Vitrolive clinic during the integration process with the European group The Fertility Partnership, bringing together carefully selected institutions offering their patients the highest documented treatment standards, effective treatment methods and support during the entire treatment journey.

He is currently the Head of the Academic Department and Institute for Gynaecology and Reproductive Health at the Faculty of Health Science of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin as well as the medical consultant in the Department of Gynaecology at the Independent Public Institute of Healthcare (Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej) at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Szczecin.

In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. Until 2009 he worked as a university teacher at the Pomeranian Medical University. In 1992 he achieved Specialist Grade I and in 1995 Specialist Grade II in gynaecology and obstetrics. In 1998 he defended his PhD thesis and was awarded a PhD degree in medical science. In 2018 he was awarded the title of specialist in gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. He is the co-founder of the Assisted Reproduction Laboratory at the Gynaecology and Reproduction Clinic of the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 PUM in Police, for which he received an award from the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University in 1998. In 2001 and 2007 he received the honorary title “The Women-Friendly Doctor” awarded to him by the readers of the women’s monthly “Twój Styl.” Until 2015 he worked as an assistant at the Clinic for Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology at the SPSK No.1 Hospital in Police. His specific areas of interest are reproductive medicine, gynaecological endocrinology, cosmetic gynaecology and endoscopic surgery.

Member of the Polish Gynaecological Society (PTG), the European Society for Reproductive Medicine and Embryology (ESHRE) and the Society for Reproductive Biology (TBR). Since March 2015 member of the West Pomeranian Division at the Polish Gynaecological Society.

He graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin in 1995. In the years 1996-2014 he worked as a university teacher at the Pomeranian Medical Academy (Pomeranian Medical University). In 2000 he achieved Specialist Grade I with distinction in obstetrics and gynaecology and in 2003 he defended his PhD thesis in embryology and reproductive medicine and gained a doctorate in medical science. In 2006 he achieved Specialist Grade II in gynaecology and obstetrics. In the years 1997-2015 he worked at the Clinic for Reproductive Health and Gynaecology PAM (Pomeranian Medical Academy) and subsequently at the Clinic for Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology PUM (Pomeranian Medical University). He has been collaborating with VitroLive since its foundation. He is the author of scientific publications in embryology and reproductive medicine and is constantly improving his knowledge by participating in courses and scientific conferences in Poland and abroad. His professional interests are gynaecological endocrinology as well as gynaecological endoscopy.

In 1999 he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. From 2001 he worked as an assistant at the Clinic for Reproductive Health and Gynaecology PUM (Pomeranian Medical University). In the years 2005-2009 he worked and gained his professional expertise in Great Britain as a gynaecologist and obstetrician. In 2006 he was awarded the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in family planning and sexual health as well as the accreditation by The British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. In 2007 he defended his PhD thesis on the stimulation of ovulation for IVF and was awarded a PhD degree in medical science. In 2010 he achieved a Specialist Grade in obstetrics and gynaecology. He took part in numerous clinical studies. 

At present, he works as an obstetrician and gynaecologist as well as a reproductive medicine specialist. His professional interests revolve around the fields of reproductive medicine, family planning and sexual health, cervical pathology as well as gynaecological endoscopy – diagnostic and surgical hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.

Member of the Polish Gynaecological Society, the diagnostic division of the Foetal Therapy Unit as well as the echocardiography division of the Polish Ultrasound Society and the Polish Society for Twin Studies.

The only specialist in the West Pomeranian province with a Polish Ultrasound Society certificate in Echocardiography and Antenatal Cardiology, the diagnostic skills and foetal intrauterine therapy certificate as well as the Foetal Medicine Foundation certificate for screening in the first trimester.

In 1989 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. In the years 1989-2010 he was employed at the Clinic for Maternal-Foetal Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University, where he has been working as a university teacher since 1994. In 1995 he defended his PhD thesis and was awarded a PhD degree in medical science. In 2000 he achieved the Specialist Grade II in gynaecology and obstetrics. During his time at the clinic his interests were mainly concerned with ultrasound diagnostics and intrauterine foetal therapy. He was the co-founder of the first Antenatal Cardiology Unit in West Pomerania. He is the long-term scientific director of ultrasound courses for doctors specialising in gynaecology and obstetrics organised by the Pomeranian Medical University. He has numerous certificates from Poland and abroad proving his competence in ultrasound examinations. The only specialist in the West Pomeranian province with a Polish Ultrasound Society certificate in Echocardiography and Antenatal Cardiology, the diagnostic skills and foetal intrauterine therapy certificate as well as the Foetal Medicine Foundation certificate for screening in the first trimester.

Her interests include gynaecological endocrinology as well as early pregnancy pathology.

In 1999 she graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University. Between 2001 and 2009 she worked in the Department of Surgical Gynecology Oncological Gynaecology of Adults and Adolescents. During this time she repeatedly participated in conferences and scientific symposia. She obtained the Polish Gynecological Society – Ultrasound Section certificate. She took an internship in Great Britain twice. She had classes with students, also within the English programme. In 2010, she completed a specialization in obstetrics and gynaecology. From 2009 to 2015 she was employed at the Pomeranian Medical University’s Clinic for Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology, and since 2015 he has been an employee of the Hospital MSWiA in Szczecin where she has been gaining experience in surgical gynaecology. Currently she is also working at the delivery room in the District Hospitals in Gryfin and Stargard. She participated in a number of courses regarding surgical gynaecology, colonoscopy, ultrasound in the field of gynaecology, obstetrics and breast diseases. Her professional interests include cervix pathologies, gynaecological endoscopy - hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, surgical gynaecology, reproductive medicine and family planning, sexual health, widely understood obstetric-gynaecological ultrasound.

She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University. She has been employed at Pomeranian Medical University’s Clinic for Reproductive Medicine and Gynaecology in Szczecin since 2011, where in addition to her work at the Department for Gynaecology she has been training students from the English Programme at the Faculty of Medicine of the Pomeranian Medical University. Since 2011 she has been collaborating with the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit at the SP ZOZ ZDROJE Hospital in Szczecin. She began her collaboration with VitroLive in 2014. Her professional interests are concerned with reproductive medicine, gynaecological endoscopy and obstetrics.

Member of the Polish Urological Association, the European Association of Urology and the Polish Society of Andrology.

In 2008 he graduated from the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. In 2016 he was awarded the title of a specialist urologist FEBU (Fellow of European Board of Urology). In 2014, after completing his specialist traineeship under the supervision of the Department for Andrology and Reproductive Endocrinology at the Medical University in Lodz, he passed his exam in Barcelona and was awarded the title of the EAA (European Academy of Andrology) Clinical Andrologist. He has been collaborating with the VitroLive team since 2013. His professional interests include urologic oncology as well as male infertility.

A member of the Polish Gynaecological Society, the European Menopause and Andropause Society and the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology. In the years 2013-2016 he was the Vice President of the Young Researchers Section at the Polish Society of Endocrinology.

In 2008, he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences and in 2010, he completed his postgraduate studies in the field of Nutrition and Dietary Nutrition. In 2014, he defended his doctoral thesis in the field of gynecological endocrinology. Until April 2018, he was assistant professor at the Department and Clinic of Gynecological Endocrinology at the Poznan University of Medical Sciences. He obtained the title of obstetrician gynecologist in 2017. At present, he is undergoing specialised training in gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. He completed numerous placements at gynecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine institutions in Europe and the United States. His particular interests include: infertility, PCOS and thyroid conditions in reproductive disorders. 

Scientific and research activities

Co-author of over 70 works in international scientific journals, 20 chapters in Polish and 2 international textbooks. Two-time scholarship holder of the Minister of Health, multi-award winner for scientific research at Polish and foreign congresses (including the “Best young investigator 2017” award at the European Menopausal and Andropause Congress, 24 May 2017, Amsterdam Netherlands; the Polish Endocrinological Society Award in the category of the best original works at XXI Congress of PTE, 15-17 September 2016, Katowice, Poland, and the 1st prize at the Gynecology Session at the European Conference of Young Researchers, Berlin, Charité, Germany 2013).

Member of the Polish Paediatric Society and the Polish Society of Neonatology.

She completed her medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in 1996. She was awarded a PhD in medical science in 1998 for her research on the conditions of obtaining cells with aunique ability to develop into specialised cell types in the body from umbilical cord blood. In 2006 she passed her 2nd Grade specialisation exam in paediatrics. She began her professional work at the Neonatology Department at the Pomeranian Medical Academy’s Obstetrics and Perinatology Clinic and subsequently became involved with the Pomeranian Medical Academy’s Paediatrics Clinic. Since 2008 she has been working as a lecturer at the Paediatric Propedeutics Clinic and in the same year she has also begun her collaboration with the VitroLive clinic. Her professional interests include the comprehensive assessment of the health and development of children born following an infertility treatment.

Head of the department of embryology . 

Member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine (PTMR) and the National Chamber of Laboratory Diagnosticians. 

In 2002 Dr Anna Petri graduated from the University of Szczecin at the Natural Sciences Department, at the faculty of biology and obtained the MSc degree. In the same year she took up a post of assistant in the Bacteriology Laboratory of the Pomeranian Medical Academy SPSK No. 1. In 2003 she obtained the title of lab diagnostician. Since 2005 she has been working in the Assisted Reproduction Laboratories: in 2005-2007 at the Clinic of Gynecology and Reproduction in the Teaching Hospital no. 1 of the Pomeranian Medical Academy as an assistant and since 2007 as a VitroLive team member. In 2011 she obtained the certificate of the Clinical Embryologist of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and in 2013 she obtained the certificate of the Clinical Embryologist of the Polish Society of Reproductive Medicine (PTMR). She defended her PhD thesis in April 2017.

Anna Janicka has been a management board member at the Polish Society for Reproductive Medicine and Embryology as well as the Fertility and Infertility Section of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) since 2014. 

Since 2010, she has also been directly involved in the implementation of the following programmes: “European IVF Monitoring (EIM)” for ESHRE andthe “Oocyte donation study” implemented for the ESHRE Taskforce on Cross Border Reproductive Care. She has been representing Poland in the ESHRE Committee of National Representative for the terms 2014-2017 and 2017-2020.

In 2002, Anna Janicka graduated as the best student in biotechnology from the University of Agriculture in Szczecin. She received the scholarship of the Minister of National Education and Sport for the academic year 2001/2002. In 2006, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Division of Genetics and Pathomorphology of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin under the guidance of Prof Jan Lubiński, MD, Ph.D. and was awarded a doctoratewith distinction in medical biology. She has received multiple awards from the Health Minister for a series of publications on molecular biology and testing for inherited cancer risk. After completing her Ph.D., she started working at the Division of Genetics and Pathomorphology of the Pomeranian Medical University as well as the company ReadGene SA. In the years 2007-2010, she was also employed as an assistant at the Chemical Medicine Department of the Pomeranian Medical University. Anna Janicka has been with VitroLive since 2010 in the role of the Director for Quality Control and Development as well as the Coordinator of the Egg Donation Programme.

Member of the Polish Association of Infertility Psychologists.

Clinical psychology specialist. She graduated from the University of Szczecin where she defended her master's thesis "Selected personality factors and different styles of coping with stress in women struggling with infertility". In 2016, she completed her post-graduate studies in the filed of "Clinical Sexology - Expressing Opinions, Education, Therapy" organised at the Institute of Psychology of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has the license to carry out psychological research in the field of traffic psychology. In the VitroLive Gynecology and Infertility Treatment Centre she provides help in diagnosis and treatment of infertility, she offers sexological assistance as well as individual and couples therapy. She participates in a number of scientific symposia, including a conference uniting Polish Infertility Psychologists organised by the Association for the Infertility Treatment and Adoption Support "Nasz Bocian".
