He actively engages in spreading awareness in society by offering his expertise to media and publicity. Since 2018, he is a partner in The Fertility Partnership, one of the largest groups bringing together fertility clinics in Europe.

In 1992 he graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University and in the same year began his employment as an assistant at the Pomeranian Medical University. In 1995 he defended his PhD thesis in embryology and reproductive medicine and gained a doctorate in medical science. In 1996 he achieved Specialist Grade I and in 1999 Specialist Grade II (with distinction) in gynaecology and obstetrics. In the field of gynaecology, he focuses mainly on the comprehensive treatment of infertility in couples (including reproductive endocrinology and assisted reproduction techniques) as well as gynaecological surgery. He is the recipient of multiple scholarships from the University of Antwerp and the Free University in Brussels, the leading European centres for infertility treatment. He is the co-founder of the Assisted Reproduction Laboratory at the Gynaecology and Reproduction Clinic of the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 PUM in Police, for which he received an award from the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University. He is currently the Head of the Academic Department and Institute for Gynaecology and Reproductive Health at the Faculty of Health Science of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. He is also the co-founder of the VitroLive company and its unit The Fertility and Gynaecology Centre VitroLive. In addition to his clinical work, he is also active in scientific research in the field of reproductive medicine. He is the author of various scientific titles focusing on infertility, which are frequently published in prestigious medical journals. For his scientific work, he has received numerous awards from the Rector of the Pomeranian Medical University. In 2002 he submitted his postdoctoral dissertation with the title “The optimisation of in vitro mouse embryo cultures, including the role of selected growth factors” and was granted the habilitated doctor degree in medical science. In 2008 he was awarded the highest degree of specialisation in clinical embryology (Senior Clinical Embryologist), certified by the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). In 2009 he was granted a professorship by the President of the Republic of Poland. He has helped thousands of couples to fulfil their dreams of parenthood. In 2015 he was awarded the title of specialist in gynaecological endocrinology and reproductive medicine. He successfully led the Vitrolive clinic during the integration process with the European group The Fertility Partnership, bringing together carefully selected institutions offering their patients the highest documented treatment standards, effective treatment methods and support during the entire treatment journey.

He is currently the Head of the Academic Department and Institute for Gynaecology and Reproductive Health at the Faculty of Health Science of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin as well as the medical consultant in the Department of Gynaecology at the Independent Public Institute of Healthcare (Samodzielny Publiczny Zakład Opieki Zdrowotnej) at the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Szczecin.

During his time at the clinic his interests were mainly concerned with ultrasound diagnostics and intrauterine foetal therapy. He was the co-founder of the first Antenatal Cardiology Unit in West Pomerania. He is the long-term scientific director of ultrasound courses for doctors specialising in gynaecology and obstetrics organised by the Pomeranian Medical University. He has numerous certificates from Poland and abroad proving his competence in ultrasound examinations. In 1999 she graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University. Between 2001 and 2009 she worked in the Department of Surgical Gynecology Oncological Gynaecology of Adults and Adolescents. During this time she repeatedly participated in conferences and scientific symposia. She obtained the Polish Gynecological Society – Ultrasound Section certificate. She took an internship in Great Britain twice. She had classes with students, also within the English programme. In 2010, she completed a specialization in obstetrics and gynaecology. She completed her medical degree at the Faculty of Medicine at the Pomeranian Medical University in 1996. In 2002 Dr Anna Petri graduated from the University of Szczecin at the Natural Sciences Department, at the faculty of biology and obtained the MSc degree. In the same year she took up a post of assistant in the Bacteriology Laboratory of the Pomeranian Medical Academy SPSK No. 1. In 2003 she obtained the title of lab diagnostician. Since 2005 she has been working in the Assisted Reproduction Laboratories: in 2005-2007 at the Clinic of Gynecology and Reproduction in the Teaching Hospital no. 1 of the Pomeranian Medical Academy as an assistant and since 2007 as a VitroLive team member. Anna Janicka has been a management board member at the Polish Society for Reproductive Medicine and Embryology as well as the Fertility and Infertility Section of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) since 2014. 

Since 2010, she has also been directly involved in the implementation of the following programmes: “European IVF Monitoring (EIM)” for ESHRE andthe “Oocyte donation study” implemented for the ESHRE Taskforce on Cross Border Reproductive Care. She has been representing Poland in the ESHRE Committee of National Representative for the terms 2014-2017 and 2017-2020.

In 2002, Anna Janicka graduated as the best student in biotechnology from the University of Agriculture in Szczecin. She received the scholarship of the Minister of National Education and Sport for the academic year 2001/2002. In 2006, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Division of Genetics and Pathomorphology of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin under the guidance of Prof Jan Lubiński, MD, Ph.D. and was awarded a doctoratewith distinction in medical biology. She has received multiple awards from the Health Minister for a series of publications on molecular biology and testing for inherited cancer risk. After completing her Ph.D., she started working at the Division of Genetics and Pathomorphology of the Pomeranian Medical University as well as the company ReadGene SA. In the years 2007-2010, she was also employed as an assistant at the Chemical Medicine Department of the Pomeranian Medical University. Anna Janicka has been with VitroLive since 2010 in the role of the Director for Quality Control and Development as well as the Coordinator of the Egg Donation Programme.

Clinical psychology specialist. She graduated from the University of Szczecin where she defended her master's thesis "Selected personality factors and different styles of coping with stress in women struggling with infertility". In 2016, she completed her post-graduate studies in the filed of "Clinical Sexology - Expressing Opinions, Education, Therapy" organised at the Institute of Psychology of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. She has the license to carry out psychological research in the field of traffic psychology. In the VitroLive Gynecology and Infertility Treatment Centre she provides help in diagnosis and treatment of infertility, she offers sexological assistance as well as individual and couples therapy.
