I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

I was really satisfied with the whole approach of the doctor concerning my case. He explained to me all the options and which one was the best for me. I was recommended to try Serum after falling pregnant with twins. I would completely recommend Serum to anyone who asks! From the original contact Kate/Katie (can't quite remember which), to Maria who helped me organise travel arrangements, the midwife who showed me the meds, Penny who did my transfer. The one thing I can say about everyone I spoke to/met on the serum team, they were interested in me, I wasn't just the next patient, they took time to speak to me like a person. Especially for you, who answered all my questions, and there were many over the months, to the call when I was confused when Jan cycle was cancelled. You video-ing my transfer and taking photos, last, but not least all the lovely hugs.
