I am 47 years and had always dreamed of having another baby. Right from the beginning the clinic was very helpful and provided me with detailed information on the IVF process. I was assigned a personal IVF coordinator (Anna Karamitrou) who was very helpful and was always there for me if I had any questions or doubts. Also at the clinic, there was professional support and it was clearly explained what the next steps would be, this was very comforting and reassuring. I was pregnant at the first attempt and am now the proud mother of a beautiful and healthy son. I would like to thank the entire staff and Anna in particular for her endless help and devotion. I would definitely recommend this professional clinic.

When I first called the doctor, I was highly stunned. I haven't paid any money yet, but, the doctor is already trying to treat you by voice over the phone. Every word he says gives you more confidence, soothes your anxiety, and allows you to avoid stress and get a nice night's sleep. Even with voice communication, he is already trying to treat and heal you. Therefore, I believe that he is a very serious and responsible doctor. Now I am still communicating with him. No matter whether I have the chance to follow him for treatment, I still think he is an excellent doctor by nature and at heart.

We underwent IVF at the gynem facility, everything went perfect from Skype meeting with MD to pick up at the airport. Communication with the facilitator was excellent and couldn't ask for a better experience. The MD recommended we not implant embryo as uterine lining was thicker than optimal. My wife insisted we try and we're blessed with a beautiful daughter 7-16-18! 10 out of 10 couldn't have gone better.

I chose Crown IVF clinic as I needed an egg donor. The clinic had very high success rates and the contact between the clinic and myself through email was very good which put me at ease. We were able to choose the dates we wanted to travel and the clinic fitted in around us. It was very well organised which made it less stressful. We had 2 appointments at the clinic, both were great. The staff were lovely and made us feel at ease and explained everything in detail. All of them spoke English which was very reassuring. On both visits to the clinic, everything was explained to us and we could ask anything we weren't sure about. The egg transfer itself was extremely quick, pain-free and very professional. I would definitely recommend the clinic. We now have a beautiful little boy and we can never thank the clinic and it's staff enough. The whole experience was as stress-free as it could have been. The contact was excellent and everything was explained to us in detail which was very reassuring. We used the clinic's taxi service to and from our appointments which were also excellent. The driver was prompt and friendly. Overall a very good experience and a positive result!

They are always there for you, answer you patiently all questions, helpful and do their best to realize your wish. The doctors are high professional and make you feel very comfortable. My wife and I had a wonderful time working with Cyprus IVF Hospital. We had tried multiple IUI procedures in the US (where we are from,) and had no success. When we started to discuss options for IVF, we were not sure we would be able to afford it. In our state, it would have cost us a minimum of $20,000 USD for the procedure. This did not include medication costs or extra hospital fees. After looking into other solutions, we found Cyprus IVF Hospital through a Google Search about IVF treatment abroad. We decided to take a chance on their services - neither of us had ever had any kind of medical treatment outside of the US! But we are both so happy that we put our trust into this fantastic clinic - every member of the staff was kind, and professional, and paid attention to extra details about us. They were supportive of our choice to have a child as a same-sex couple, and they were thrilled when we announced our pregnancy (1/15/23.) It only took one round of IVF! ---------- Our stay in Cyprus was so lovely because of their help. We stayed in a nice hotel that they arranged for us to stay in. They were able to answer many questions we had, including questions about touring the surrounding area. It helped us get acquainted and comfortable with our time there, and also branch out and explore areas we might have otherwise avoided if they hadn't recommended it. I HIGHLY recommend renting a car for your stay. We didn't at first, and we regretted it, because we didn't get to see as many amazing places. Renting cars in Cyprus is cheap, and easy to pick up (even though you drive on the opposite side of the road from how it is in the US!) --------- Cyprus IVF Hospital was also honest with us about what needed to be done in order for our treatment to be as successful as possible. Because my wife has PCOS, we had to split our time at the hospital in two. We had to stay for one month to monitor and extract my wife's eggs, and then we had to return later to implant an embryo. We were reluctant to take two trips, we wanted to save money on airfare. But our doctor promised us this would be more successful, and if we tried to do the implant too early, we would most likely not be successful (which would have been more expensive in the long run.) Trusting their suggestion paid off! ---------- Famagusta is a very fascinating city with ages of history to explore. It might seem a little rough around the edges, but my wife and I felt totally safe walking around there on our own. Bugs can get kind of rough at night, so try not to stay out too late! Also, make sure your passport is 100% up to date. Mine wasn't, and we ran into some bureaucratic trouble at the Cyprus/Northern Cyprus border crossing. But if your passport is up-to-date, you will be totally fine! ---------- Thanks so much to Dr. Serap, Nevzat, Yakut, Nehal, Tina, and everyone else at the clinic! You were all so professional and kind to us and made sure we were always in the loop with new information; you also helped us understand every step of the process and made the whole experience easy and smooth. Hello to everyone, we are married couple from France aged 44 and 47, are currently undergoing the surrogacy process with Unicorn Baby agency and their clinic in Kyiv, Ukraine. We opted for the all-inclusive program, which includes a surrogate, egg donor, and a guarantee of the birth. At present, our surrogate mother is 26 weeks pregnant. While everything about our surrogacy journey has been perfect, the only challenge we faced was travelling to Kyiv amidst the current situation in Ukraine. Due to flight restrictions, we had to fly to Warsaw and then embark on a 12-hour train journey to Kyiv for our first clinic visit. We have been trying to conceive for several years and went through a different type of treatments and got pregnant but miscarried. We learned about BTC online and decided to give it a try. We are from the US. We never really heard of Ukraine and not sure about how it's going to be. But decided to just go with it. We went there for an initial consultation, we hoped to see Anastasia but know that she's a really busy person. We dealt with Yaryna, Oksana, Konstantin along with several other staff. Both Hotel, taxi svc and all were so wonderful. I don't think we will get that much nice treatment here. We went through with treatment there and got blessed with a Baby Boy now 15months old (we know this is very late.. but we got really busy). We had a standard package and it was very good. Pricing was very transperant.. no hidden costs. One thing we recommend is to purchase all baby clothes/food and other items before going there. We were told that we get everything there and it's only few minutes away but no. We had to walk at least 30-45mins to find shops. Accommodation, food, clinic, staff everyone was extremely good. We were treated with respect. After having Baby we had to stay at least 1 and a half months to get Baby's US passport! They help you step by step by filling out all forms/submission. Hotel staff were wonderful to get all our documents printed and other stuff we needed. We can't wait to go back for our second one. Hope COVID goes away fast.

My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. Thank you, Dr Bernard, for everything you did & you're still doing for us, your service & effort are HIGHLY appreciated! We love you!

We wanted to share our experience with you in case you are considering fertility treatments. We were initially hesitant to try fertility treatments because we were worried about the cost and the success rate. However, we decided to go for it after doing our research and talking to other couples who had used the clinic. We are so glad that we did! The LIV Fertility Center was amazing from start to finish. The staff was friendly and supportive, and the doctors were very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a positive experience with the clinic, and we were thrilled to find out that we were pregnant. Our son is now 9 months old, and he is the light of our lives. If you are considering fertility treatments, I highly recommend LIV Fertility Center. We started our journey during the lockdown in 2020, talking to different clinics in Cyprus, Czech Republic, Spain and also in Russia. We had directly a good feeling when talking to the international manager of NGC who was very helpful, reliable and fast to answer any question we would have. We then had medical consultations booked with four clinics one of them was Dr Diana of NGC. She speaks well English, and was empathetic but also very clear without sugarcoating or promising any magical results or wonders. Based on our initial exchange with the international department and the follow-ups and, most importantly, our consultations with Dr Diana we decided to go ahead with NGC egg donor program. When actually travelling to St Petersburg and being at NGC my husband and I were both impressed by the facilities and again the staff. Our first transfer unfortunately failed but we then attempted another transfer four months later and this time I decided to arrive earlier in Russia to be followed longer by Dr Diana. She then suggested rescheduling the planned transfer day set by our home clinic and I absolutely trusted her and we followed through with her suggestion. It was definitely the right call as I fell pregnant on our second attempt and gave birth in spring 2022 to a healthy baby. We believe that this pregnancy and birth happened thanks to NGC and Dr Diana and are really grateful to them. We would certainly recommend NGC: the medical team as well as the international department which was there for us whenever we needed help not only while being in St Petersburg but also in the weeks leading to the transfer as well as afterwards.
