Review In my 50 years, dental visits have always been like a "nightmare on Elm Street". Always left with painful and angry experiences with dental visits. But Smile Arts Dental Clinic has changed all that on my first visit after almost a 10 years lapse. Never at a single moment I felt anxious being at Smile Dental with Dr.Ang's expertise of handling the whole procedure; injections, brushing, grinding, filing,etc, painless, even at that moment that came after the anesthetic subsided or when I arrive home, the pain will act on, but never. I never had to use even one tablet of painkiller for there was no pain. It was just like a cruise on the highway. Smile Dental definitely has got my highest recommendation and more visits to come. Pricing reasonably fair for the treatment, services and the painless journey. Dr.Ang - Thank you for the great job. Keep it up. Review The clinic was nice and the doctor was very friendly. My emergent need for the orthodontic retainer was very well handled where I was set for an appointment as soon as they could. However, I am sorry to say that the retainer was of such bad quality that one was cracked in less than 3 weeks (without any misuse action or harsh activity, I just woke up to find it already cracked). While my previous retainer had been in good condition for more than 6 months until I lost it. I have contacted the clinic again, and it was very disappointing to me that they refused to give me an alternative one saying they don't provide guarantees and if I needed a new one I would have to pay the same price again!!Sali, Malaysia, 17 Jul 12
