A combination of a salicylic peel to unclog pores and an IPL treatment .This treatment will deep cleanse and unclog pores to prevent further break outs. The IPL treatment penetrates deeply into the skin heating the over active sebaceous glands and reducing sebum output. Gentle heating of the skin promotes fibroblast activity and  stimulates collagen which can reduce mild acne scarring and accelerate the healing process. The ante bacterial properties of the light targets deep seated bacteria in pustules.  A patch test is required 24 -48 hours prior to treatment. Skin should not be tanned and sun should be avoided 4 weeks following treatment.

Acne Vulgaris is produced when a there is a surge of male hormones, this can happen to both men and women. No. All oral and topical medications need to stop at least six months before you start MPL treatments unless otherwise authorised by your GP or specialist.
