I cannot believe how easy and fast the experience was! Booked with Zeynep and had my Surgery with Dr. Ayhan Isik Erdal. I had a Rhinoplasty, Vaser liposuction and Buccal fat removal. Everything bar flights is sorted for you and all very professional. Once you arrive there is no waiting around like you do in England, everything is on time (or in my case, faster! I went to surgery early, and my procedures didn't take as long as anticipated). The hospital is very up to date and clean. My patient co-ordinator Fatih answered all of my MANY questions and knew all the answers. I will say there is a slight language barrier, your co ordinators and surgeon will speak good English, but the nurses don't, so it's important to use google translate. However, it doesn't affect the experience as they are used to this. Over all the service is great and although I'm still recovering (laser liposuction takes three months to recover from). I'm already SO SO SO happy with my results. Thank you to the entire vanity team for making the process so smooth.

I can only recommend Dr. Toncic clinic. Everything about my rhinoplasty was perfect. I am very happy with the result and my only regret is that I didn't hear about Dr Toncic clinic earlier in my life. Really superb experience!

Very professional, the whole process was smooth from the airport and throughout my treatment. Batuhan who was looking after me throughout was so caring and he still checks up on me for updates as I am still in my healing process. The surgeon Dr Ulas was very competent and I felt that I was in safe hands as he explained everything in detail. Overall I received a professional service. I would highly recommend.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff involved with my operation, from the nurses to the catering staff, consultant, cleaners! I had a breast augmentation and lift and decided to take my daughter with me, I highly recommend taking someone with you and preferably a female. Appreciating and acknowledging the traditional values makes it easier and more comfortable for the nurses to communicate and show compassion through your stay. My daughter was able to stay with me throughout the entire stay, and was looked after equally as I was (shes a young adult not a child). Communicating is NOT a problem we used our phones to translate if we needed. I never felt alone the staff would check on me all day and all night. They made me laugh when believe me I was fresh out of a long complex surgery, that my surgeon smashed with the aid of an exceptional team. I had three nurses, that I know worked well past their working hours just to check on me. Elif my consultants assistant, I will remain in contact with as we all became friends through this too. I'm a stickler for perfection, but didn't need to worry, as even though I've emphasized their friendliness they were incredibly professional, efficient and exceptional at what they do. I'm trying to think of something I can have done just so I can see them all again, or we will visit them !!! Don't take surgery lightly this is a major operation, but if youre going to do it, I couldn't recommend anyone better

Grateful. Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were they’re family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. I recently (February 2024)had surgery (Rhinoplasty and breast augmentation) with Dr. Bali, and I feel like the luckiest person to have had him as my surgeon. I had a primary rhinoplasty, and breast implant replacement, and made the decision to come to Turkey because I knew the surgeons in Turkey were (and are) some of the best in the world. A lot of people tried to say I should go to an ENT, but this didn't bother me because I knew instantly he was the best surgeon for me. I am breathing better now 6 days later after my surgery with Dr. Bali compared to before. He is truly an incredible surgeon! Rhinoplasty is a daunting process the research and outcome are incredibly stressful. But I knew even with my cast on I was going to LOVE my results. His work is unmatched, his care, compassion, warmth and reassuring personality made travelling alone so much easier for me. Having travelled alone from Australia, whenever I had worries or concerns he and his team always reassured me it was due to drains or swelling. And he was correct. I completely trust my results will be exactly what I have dreamed of. My photos shared are 6 days post-op, with a lot of bruising, and swelling, and the tip of my nose is still raised. But I know this will drop and can't wait to see the final results! I have wanted to change my nose for almost 30 years. I always hated it and was teased for years in school about it. Now I feel like my absolute best self. My breast augmentation was more painful post-op than my nose, I had no pain and no discomfort with my nose post-op. It was smooth sailing and it's been a dream. Dr Bali knew and understood exactly what I was wanting to achieve with my new look. He even fixed the original implant location and made it better for me. We removed teardrop implants and went with a round to create more fullness and I'm excited to see the outcome. They already look like what I envisioned. The hospital was hygienic, and the nurse care there was amazing even with a language barrier they understood everything I needed during my stay overnight in the hospital. Dr Bali, to you, your surgical team and your kind clinic team (especially Berşan) thank you for making my nose perfect, and my breasts phenomenal and making me so incredibly happy. Berşan thank you for always smiling and laughing, your joy made me want to laugh and joke with you but I couldn't smile or laugh properly 🤣😭🤣 I wish I could have hugged you all properly but I was scared to move my arms and was scared to hurt my new boobs 🤣. For anyone travelling from Australia or anywhere to Turkey for a rhinoplasty (or any other plastic surgery) PLEASE BOOK WITH DR BALI. I couldn't find many reviews for him with regard to rhinoplasty but I just knew instantly that he was my surgeon. No fear, no doubts, just the strongest gut feel he was the surgeon I trusted. I honestly cannot fault my experience one bit. All the way from my original enquiry about breast surgery, to booking, to flying over from the UK to having my surgery, every part of the experience has been incredible. The service has been 10/10, I haven't had a single worry about transfers from hotel to hospital, all of my concerns and questions have been answered honestly and I have been in great hands the whole way through. I was quite anxious and apprehensive to begin with, but I was able to bring my partner along with me who was able to stay by my side every step of the way. We were placed in an amazing and friendly hotel, transport too and from the hospital was organised for us, any medication and dressings were catered for and the hospital visit itself was better than any other I've seen elsewhere. This was my first ever surgery and from this experience alone, not only am I considering coming back for another treatment in the future, but I will also be recommending it to everybody who is considering surgery. If you are someone who is thinking of surgery, I highly recommend looking into your options and viewing flyhealth as a strong competitor, I cannot fault a single thing and I'm so grateful to each and every person involved in my journey.
