F.G.Brown was established in 1976. We are an Independent Optician with 3 Optometrists and a Dispensing Optician. We have spacious practice with air conditioning and good access. We have a car park at the rear and have easy access. As an Independent Optician we can offer a more personalised eyecare service that all the family can trust. One example of this is the Optomap retinal exam, which allows the optometrist to gain a wider view of the back of the retina and it gives us a permanent digital record for future comparison. We offer a large range of frames including Silhouette, Nike, Calvin Klein and Superdry. We offer many different types of lenses and we are an accredited Zeiss and Varilux lens specialist centre. We can provide many types of Contact lenses and do contact lens trails and fittings. We do colorimetry assessments and supply coloured lenses for dyslexia. We can advise on Myopia control with contact lenses and spectacles. We provide sports specs, sunglasses and glasses for hobbies and D.I.Y.
