I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ihre Herangehensweise und ihr Engagement waren aussergewöhnlich. Ich bin extra aus der Schweiz nur für sie angereist. Sie haben mich am Flughafen abgeholt und mich zunächst ins Hotel gebracht. Am nächsten Tag haben sie mich von dort zur Klinik gebracht. Die Informationen in der Klinik und die Herangehensweise des Arztes haben mich sehr beruhigt. A modern clinic and Dr. Cem is a true specialist a very patient doctor and he can easily read people. I chose Dr. Cem because of his experience and his reviews. I had to read someone similar to my issue and the first thing that was highlighted to me was "After seeing Dr. Cem Baysal I was confirmed that I do not need bone graft " and this was the very first moment that made me contact Dr. Cem. I truly recommend him to everyone, especially to nervous people. All discussion until the first session was made via WhatsApp and email, I even was recommended a clinic in Birmingham for a complete dental tomography, and this is how Dr. Cem was capable of confirming that I don't need a dental bone graft. My surgery had 2 sessions, I saw him once in April ( 6 days) and then on 16 October (9 days), on 24 October I had my perfect tooth, a little bit nervous about it as the colour wasn't matching, but with Dr Cem professionalism and advise all was fixed.

I came for a check-up the good doctor found I needed a bone graft under an implant due to deteriorating bone. He clearly explained what was needed and that it could be done the same day. He removed the implant and completed the bone graft without any pain or concerns. ; Will be back in six months to get a new implant.

I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

My family and I have had multiple treatments at Guatemala Dental Team and are always happy and satisfied with the results. I continued my treatment today with Dr. Diego Rosales. He is perfectly organised and efficient. You never ever wait longer than a few minutes in the waiting room. Everything is perfectly organised. They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

Had a dental cleaning, root canal, filling and crown done here. Very friendly and courteous and knowledgeable staff and dentists working here. Very clean office. Definitely recommend and will be returning for other work I need to be done.

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.

This was our second visit from Melbourne to Dr Vu Tuyen. This time my partner needed two bridges and teeth whitening and I needed three extractions, a bridge and teeth whitening. Vu practices from her home and is very welcoming and professional. For our first appointment, she met us at our apartment and for all other appointments she arranged taxis to collect and drop us off. One day she cooked us breakfast and another day took us out for lunch. It was lovely to meet her family and dog.
