Fresh Hearing Bolton

Just been to have ear suction, very clean place with all Covid guidelines in place. The lovely receptionist greeted me. The Audiologist made me feel very relaxed and explained everything to me. It does not hurt at all and I would recommend everyone to go here.

After becoming frustrated with mask-wearing and hearing aids I enquired about IIC aids. From start to finish Nish was very knowledgeable, patient and very clear giving me the information I required. I now have been fitted with IIC. I would recommend Fresh hearing to anyone first class service and aftercare.

Went this morning for ear wax removal, friendly professional etc. Reassured me about my tinnitus and after testing my NHS hearing aids found them both faulty, advised me to call audiology and book an appointment. Thank you Rishi I have an appointment tomorrow hopefully to get them sorted out. Very impressed with how I was dealt with, definitely will be using them again.

I had arranged to have my ears syringed on the NHS, but the 12-week waiting time was too long. The treatment, at Fresh Hearing, to remove the ear wax was superb, carried out with care and a bit of banter. Due to the amount of wax removed there was still some left which had to be done a week later at no extra charge. In future I will go directly to them it's not worth waiting for an NHS appointment. I cannot speak too highly of the team and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

The receptionist was professional yet friendly, the audiologist was knowledgable and was able to explain the different treatment options clearly. He evacuated copious amounts of wax from my ears gently and now my hearing has improved beyond what I could have imagined. Wonderful!

My treatment at the Fresh Hearing clinic Bolton was absolutely excellent. Faced with the prospect of a two-month wait for an appointment on the NHS the audiologist treated my blocked eardrum and I can now hear through my left ear. Can't praise the clinic enough.

I have been using Fresh Hearing for some time now for earwax removal. The practitioner is friendly and professional and is providing a much-needed service for people who are unable to be treated promptly by the NHS. The treatment is quick, painless and such a relief when your ears feel clear!

Went to this clinic for the first time. Very clean and tidy. Was in and out in 5 minutes. The ear doctor was very nice and friendly. Well worth the 40 pounds I paid. Would highly recommend.

I recently had an issue with a blocked ear that required micro-suction. As the NHS couldn't perform the procedure before my holiday, I found Fresh Hearing on the internet on a Wednesday. The operator found a clinic and I made an appointment for the following Monday.

I was contacted by FH the same evening and informed I could attend an evening clinic in Bolton on a Thursday if I was prepared to wait. Mr Vasant, the audiologist, saw me quite quickly and performed micro-suction to resolve the blockage. As a tinnitus sufferer, it is very reassuring to know that there is a health care professional who is sympathetic to your needs and understands your issues and will try and resolve ASAP.
