Dr Boecklin has been practicing medicine and integrated complementary and alternative medicine for 20 years. Becoming soon aware of the limitation of conventional medical practice she has then decided to explore different therapeutic systems to broaden her approach to healing to one that is not based solely on the Western biomedical model, but also draws from other cultures. She gained full Membership of the Faculty of Homeopathy and subsequently went on to studying acupuncture obtaining a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine issued by the Chinese Medical
