The Brook Surgery is a private general practice close to Hampstead, North West London. Founded over 30 years ago, this family run practice continues to provide bespoke high quality medical care finding its place at the heart of the community.
As a practice we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality of care, diagnosis and fast, top quality referrals.
We take great pride in building relationships with our patients over time and place great value in continuity of care.
The practice provides out of hours cover for 365 days of the year and can provide home visits when necessary, so that you and your family can relax in the knowledge that help is available when you need it most.

CRYOTHERAPY - Please note that we offer Cryotherapy services to manage simple skin conditions by freezing with liquid nitrogen. This is often used for viral warts or veruccae, sun damaged skin and certain other common skin lesions. 

BCG -Please note that we do not have any vaccines for BCG at this time

Biography:
MA MRCP MRCGP DCH Dr Daniel Brook graduated from Imperial College, London, after completing his pre-clinical studies at Cambridge University. He worked as a general physician in Central London, gaining the Membership of the Royal College of Physicians in 2003. After choosing to move into General Practice he qualified with distinction becoming a member of the Royal College of General Practice in 2007. Daniel enjoys the variety of General Practice and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with his patients. He is popular with young families, teenagers and has a number of elderly patients whom he visits in their own homes. He enjoys the challenge of diagnosis, and uses the added experience of his time as a physician to offer a comprehensive service in managing acute and chronic medical conditions.

Biography:
BSc MBBS MRCGP DCH Dr John Brook graduated in medicine from The Royal London Hospital after first completing an honours degree in Biochemistry. Following junior hospital jobs in Ear, Nose and Throat, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, General Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynaecology, he went into General Practice in 1976, becoming a member of The Royal College of General Practitioners and obtaining Diplomas in Obstetrics and Paediatrics. Following almost 8 years working for the NHS and teaching both medical students and trainee General Practitioners, he left the National Health Service and has been in private practice since 1984. Dr John Brook’s special interests have always been in preventative medicine, paediatrics and family care and he has always felt a talent for diagnosis and the practice of safe and caring medicine. He has been registered with the Care Quality Commission for the past 10 years and was revalidated (as required by law) following many years of annual Appraisals by the General Medical Council in 2013.
