Nice, friendly, chatty staff. Factual and listened to the client, if the procedure was too 'tingly' they reduced the power. It's not painful, but the only discomfort for me was on the jaw-line as it's nearer the bone, the cheeks and my fattish chin were a breeze, as there is obviously more flesh on top of the bone. I would recommend to anyone.
