I went to Manchester Hypnotherapy with long-standing anxiety issues. I have tried other methods and been on medication but still suffered and wanted to try and get over issues once and for all. I booked it online and was able to see Michael within a couple of weeks. I went with open mind not knowing how I would feel or whether it would work. Just after one session of anxiety treatment, I felt so much better. I could see my current situation from the outside, I realised for the first time I could change how I felt about certain situations. For the first time in my life, I felt I was in control of my life and I had the power to change my mind set.
