All the staff are extremely professional and fantastic listeners, I have always gone home satisfied with any care plan or advice I have been given. The receptionists are very helpful and try their very best to give you an appt which suits around your working day. I have seen all doctors and nurses throughout my time at this surgery and I have the upmost respect for each and every one, they all work in such a caring and professional manner. If you ever have to deal with Margaret the secretary, you will find her to be all of the above and keeps you informed by phone and letter and spends her valuable time explaining options/issues and answers any questions thoroughly.
