It was easy to locate, easy to park and I was welcomed warmly and seen quickly

I registered recently with Moorfield. I had a couple of appointments within my first 2 weeks in Hereford. I was most impressed by the lady doctor I saw at Aylestone Hill surgery. I didn't feel at all rushed and everything was explained carefully to me. This was particularly reassuring as a new patient.

I will try my best to see the same doctor when possible and always ask for this surgery. I thought it was easy to locate, easy to park and I was welcomed warmly and seen quickly.
