Review When you get your treatment it is good quality service. The problem I have in particular is getting an appointment in the first place. I work in a clinic myself so I know it is important to be flexible for patients. I am due a follow up appointment. I rang to book an appointment and was told if I ring up first thing I would be seen the same day. I had a missed call from the doctor at 4pm. I then finally got to speak to the doctor at 6.45pm and the surgery was closed. I have managed to book an appointment in a weeks time but it is annoying to be told same day and I deliberately finished work early.carole, UK, 18 Apr 13
