Prostate Screening Consultation (20 mins)

General Consultation plus formal blood test for the prostates screening.

Children's Health Consultation (20 mins)

Our Child health consultations are based on a Primary Health Care level. If the clinician examining the child feels referral is necessary we will facilitate and assist with the referral etc. If the condition is manageable on a primary health level, some of the medication is included in the R 150 consultation fee.

Formal Cholesterol Testing (20 mins)

Rapid finger prick Cholesterol Tests are offered by the clinic - this method of testing will be used if the patient is already on Cholesterol Treatment. So that the management of the disease can be accurately monitored.

Diabetes Consultation (20 mins)

Our Diabetes consultations include diabetes testing, lifestyle and diet modification education and treatment up to a certain primary health care level. Certain types of medication is included in the consultation fee and others require extra payment.

Family Planning Consultation (10 mins)

Our available options for family planning are as follows:

  • Oral Contraceptive - R 130
  • 2 Month Injection - R 130
  • 3 Month Injection - R 100

We also offer pregnancy tests, urine dipstick tests and Cholesterol monitoring during this consultation.

General Consultation (20 mins)

Our General Consultations include Blood Pressure and weight monitoring as well as urine dipstick testing, finger prick glucose and cholesterol testing. Some of the medication is also included in the consultation fee where others do require an extra payment.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases Treatment (20 mins)

Treatment is based on the South African Treatment Guideline for Sexually Transmitted Diseases that is mainly syndromic treatment of the STDs

Formal Lab Urine Testing (20 mins)

This is a formal lab test that includes Microscopy, Culture and Sensitivity testing of the urine.

Eye Conditions Treatment (20 mins)

This includes a general consultation and treatment of allergic, viral and bacterial eye conditions. Referrals will be made if necessary.

Visual Acuity Test (20 mins)

Visual Acuity Test includes a general consultation and eye exam with the Snellen Chart visual testing - referrals to Optometrists and Ophthalmologists where necessary.
