The staff are friendly and helpful and the Doctors are excellent. They have a good knowledge of all areas of general practice. Everything is very well organised and the service is non-judgmental.

I had a Smear test. She actually had the doctor come down and check me for something else unrelated and I paid nothing extra. I received fantastic advice from the doctor who had no appointment with me and solved a problem I had for ages. I highly recommend this clinic for the service and treatment. They have a wonderful attitude and respect for all their patients. It was a grand total of 30.00 euros for everything, beat that. 6 out of 5 stars. Thanks! The best experience ever!

Dr Stafford is always a very thorough, caring and practical doctor and always makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend her as a GP to anyone new to Dublin or looking for better medical advice and support.

I am recovering from addiction to alcohol and pills. I was doing well through the support of the AA and NA (both are brilliant) when in early 2019 I started to feel depressed. I never had felt that feeling and its effects before, I didn't know what was going on. I told my then doctor that I was so low I was contemplating suicide. All he did was a series of paper assessments and referred me to counselling services, which I already was using. They are great and ironically it was they that made the GP referral - it was like tennis, the doctor just bounced it back. I was desperate and an AA colleague told me to access Doctor Stephen. I did, I told him my story, he listened intently, asking the odd question or two. At the end of my blab, he diagnosed me with chronic depression and prescribed me a serotonin-based non-addictive anti-depressant, which has changed my life, given me hope and lifted the cloud. He is simply the most brilliant GP I have ever worked with. I can recommend him so much. He is also just a lovely human being. A Healer.

I chose Mater Private because I wanted to get my breast augmentation done in a hospital. The procedure set me back 4800 Pounds, but it was worth every cent. I’m very happy with the results. I’m much more confident now. My breasts healed well, without any scarring. I returned after a month for a check-up and they told me to give them a ring if had any issues after that. Exceptional clinic with exceptional staff. Olive Sarah Jane and Jacinta are always so helpful. Dr Lucy Lynam is my doctor and she is such a pleasant woman and always gives you time and most of all she listens to you and will give you the best advice regarding your ailments.
